Pros: Given a room with nice view of venetian hotel and room was large and spacious with comfortable beds which are big enough to sleep 4.
Cons: Design of bathroom could be improved.

An international 5-star hotel with great services!

Stayed in a room which has 2 queen-sized beds located on 28th floor.
Pro:
1. Room is clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet, fully equipped with all the amenities and has nice city view.
2. High-speed wifi connection in room provided for FOC.
3. Provide free shuttle bus services to Venetian (even though it is just across the road which only requires 3 mins walk), both Taipa and Hong Kong-Macau ferry terminals, airport and attractions like Lotus Bridge.
4. Staff is very helpful and can speak English.
Cons:
1. Hotel guests with young children have to pay entrance fee (hourly rated) for the kids playground.
Will definitely stay here again!

PERFECT
LUX, NICE VIEW AND SUPER GOOD SERVICE.

They make the customer like prince / princess. They give the best service. They pick our baggage, they also care when we asking and the shuttle bus is free to plaza, venetian and shinta. The shuttle bus always ready every 10 minute. So we no need to waiting so long. The hotel decoration is very luxury.
