Poor Service, Convenient location and Fair priced 5,7 Service was Horrible, We specifically asked for a non-smoking room and were given a smoking room. When we asked for help at the reception about shuttle bus service, a male staff just told us to wait at the lobby, even the shuttle bus was actually gone. Check in/out also took a long time. It wasn't helpful at all! All in all, the hotel location is convenient and fairly priced

I had pay with Agoda so I didn't carry credit card. I have to cash deposit at front which get back check out. Not really happy about this should mention on site.
