Poor check in service,hotel could not cope with high pax situation! My wife shoes was thrown away not until I complained on the tied nite stay to the front desk manager. They managed to retrieved the show from the room cleaning dept!
This hotel is old for Casino service or folks who are game for gambling! Not a family oriented hotel and Macau is a gaming city, not for family outings!
