Swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are avaiable in the hotel.

I was having this trip with my young children. My kids were very enjoying with the swimming pool facilities whereby I was so enjoyable with the exisiting jacuzzi and sauna facilities which is free of charge to all hotel registered customer. The hotel was clean. We will plan to stay if we have next trip in Penang.

Nice sea facing guestroom.
Plenty of restaurants in the neighbourhood. A long footpath along the seafront. Comfort and nice indoor environment.

I experienced the air-cond problem and called the duty Assistant Manager. A technician came in a couple of minutes. Although he tried twice to fix the problem for me but his working attitude was very good. Finally the air-cond problem was resolved.

there are better hotels around
nothing realy good exept the location and the restaurants nearby

well its a boring 4 star hotel without any flair or style. the room was ok, you can sleep there. the restaurant more like an canteen, the staff kind of unfriendly or uninterested. when you arrive there standing 2 or 3 staff outside but you think they open the door for you...the pool very shallow and of course no waiter to see/ you cant order anything at the pool. would not stay there anymore. when I was going around I saw much nicer hotels.
