With 3 daughters it was hard to please each. The room was just as requested with plenty of towels and beds. The staff were all great from the moment of check in to check out. Security was right there and very helpful. The rooms were clean, pleasant to sleep in and comfortable. The breakfast was buffet style with choices, nicely prepared and the dining staff helpful. The hotel is close by the Ayala Center for shopping. It is right on a main transport line so it was easy to get around to see the sights. The hotel was what I wanted. The price was reasonable and would go back again if in Cebu City. Great Staff 7,7 The stay was okay for the few nights I spent there. Room was extremely hot with a very small window AC positioned in the corner of the room. My telephone never worked during my entire stay although I informed them of the issue on the first day I checked in. Staff is excellent.. willing to help in everyway.
