should of been better
room were nice, breakfast was great, the view was spectacular

i was really looking forward to this hotel but truthfully the view and the hotel facilities did meet my expectation but the under-train staff and the mole in the bathroom did turn me off. i did note that was was gonna early check-in(12pm) when i arrive at 12:30pm still had to wait 1 hour before i could get in to my room. just want to emphasis on how under trained the staff was.

We had a fabulous stay at Paresa. We didn't love the city of Patong so we were thrilled with the location of the hotel away from the chaos. There isn't tons to do so its a great spot to relax and enjoy all the resort has to offer. The property feels intimate and special. Upgrading to a room with a private pool is definitely worth it...the main pool is gorgeous but small so it was nice to have our own. They also have a private beach club on Kamala beach...you arrive via Paresa's private tuk tuk. The service is impeccable! Their "angels" take excellent care of you - they really go above and beyond. They even packed us a breakfast to go when we checked out since we didn't have time to stop at the restaurant before our ferry. The cooking class is a must do! Chef Noon is a true gem! We loved our tour of the market and ended up having a private class. The meal was one of our best Thai meals (if we do say so ourselves). A perfect place to spend our honeymoon!

Overall it is an amazing resort

The ocean view is spectacular the room design is perfect. The endless pool is fantastic. The food in the restaurant is so very tasty. I missed it already. In the breakfast you can chose from the menu different type of courses like waffle or French toast etc. They prepare a fresh fruit juice for you. There is also a buffet of cheese, sausages and fruits. There are two restaurants one Italian and the other is Thai. We always chose the Thai dishes which was all fabulous.
The room was great. a coffee machine, iPod and beautiful relaxing design.
Summary: if you are looking for a luxurious relaxing place with a great food and service than Paresa is the right place. Patong hustle and bustle are only 20 minutes drive away.
The downsides are:
- The food in the restaurant are not cheap. Similar prices in western cities. However it is worth paying for.
- The resort is far from Patong and other areas. Therefore you can’t eat outside the hotel without taking a taxi. But again the food in the restaurant is so great you would want to go
- The resort is expensive but I think it worth the money. If the evening dinner was included than 600$ a night was a perfect offer
- The taxi or the resort car are expensive. E.g. to Patong it cost ~900 THB. We by pass that by contacting a local driver who waited for us outside the resort on the main road. We paid only 500 THB.
- There are many noises. At day you have insects who make a very loud noise. At night, after rain, there are many frogs making locomotion. The thing is that you get used to eat. After all you are in the middle of nature. For 5 stars hotel you would expect to solve this noises but again in overall it such a great experience that you tolerate it.
- The SPA is expensive. We by passed it by going to the SPA in Patong. Regular foot massage you can do in Patong beach for 250 THB. If you really want good massage take in the life SPA in Patong http://phuketdir.com/thelifespa/

we are warmly welcomed by the staffs. Check in process is very quick and efficient. The Room is just perfect for a romantic getaway. Restaurant served very yummy food with a speechless view. What we love most is the infinity pool which has a perfect view of the ocean.
