Karolina S. Podróż z partnerem Poland, 4 stycznia 2009	Phuket nightmare Nothing 2 I have invited my parents to see the beautiful place of Phuket island. I wanted it to be special. I made a reservation ina 4 star hotel for 4 non-smoking persons. After we arrived, we were placed in the basement for smokres! you get to see the foot of people passing by the window and the smell in the room was horrible. Specially for non-smokers!. I went to the reception and wanted the room to be changed. They informed they don't have any. After I got really mad, they call the manager and all of the sudden we got 2 nicely located rooms on the 3 floor for non-smokers. Additonally, they wanted us to pay ahead for everything. I have never met such thing in the hotels. The next they we had New Years and the hotel has organised the party. Music was horrible, nobody danced. You may a lot of money for the party (you can't take a room without paying for it) and you get only the food in that which they take away after an hour! The drinks are horribly expensive and you even have to pay for the sparkling wine. By 10 pm there was nobody left at the party. And the distance to the sea....it was supposed to be 10 minutes - in reality half of an hour. What's more - there is no tuk tuk service or something comparable. You have to catch a taxi that wants you to pay 10 times more. And they all want the same ammount of money - so you don't get a choice.....horrible vacation!

Podróż w większej grupie Singapore, 12 maja 2013	Good hotel but poor location Swiimming pool, swimming pool and swimming pool 6,3 The location is quite far away (about 15mins)to the main activity area and the beach around Soi Bangla. The tutup to anywhere is a standard rate of 200baht. Hence going to and from about 2 -3 times daily cost me quite a fair bit just on transport.

Christopher C. Podróż z partnerem Australia, 23 kwietnia 2013	Bad The Grounds were nice, the place clean and the endless trips up and down the hill was reasonably quick 3,3 In a word "Terrible" ! It took 20 hours to get an ironing board and iron. It took over 20 hours to get the safe opened. There was nowhere comfortable to sit. The room was tired with staining around the bath and basin. The balcony railing was in need of re varnishing. The sea view was only seen through palm tress and amounted to see glimpses, The balcony was not fully covered on the top floor where we were and it got wet when it rained. The TV was appalling, something very small out of the 80's with a bad signal and no guide.The breakfasts were repetitive and the ceiling too low, causing the noise of a factory canteen. The staff were noisy clearing plates and failed to keep up with. Far too many steps, many without a Banister and badly lit at night. The Umbrellas and Lanai were in need of repair, around the pool. Already inflated prices were plus 10% service plus 7% Vat and not priced gross. Not may people seemed to buying or using the services and supplies which led to a lack of atmosphere. The owners need to spend time in Bali. There should be a warning to the aged and infirm that the gradients are not suitable for their safety. As for below, we flew domestic from Udon Thani, so no immigration applied. Too far to walk from plane to collection of baggage

Podróż z partnerem Australia, 3 kwietnia 2013	not at all happy with service. ocean view is about all it had. 3 dreadful - the service was crap, the breakfast very poor and we tried to leave after one night but they would not allow us. i paid for an improved room but overall were very disappointed. i would not touch the place with a barge pole! needs lots spent on it especially on staff training who were at best unhelpful and rude.
