Podróż z partnerem Poland, 23 lutego 2012	Doskonała lokalizacja, obsługa i standard Standard i obsługa hotelu na wysokim poziomie, śniadanie urozmaicone, smaczne i bez ograniczeń, forma szwedzkiego bufetu,hotel czysty, łazienki odpowiadające dobrym standardom europejskim, pokoje odpowiadające oczekiwaniom, cena umiarkowana. przy rezerwacji (przez Agodę) nalezy się liczyć ze wzrostem ceny pokoju w stosunku do przedstawionej przez Agodę w ofercie na stronie, róznica wynosi plus ca 15% czyli za pokój oferowany na stronie w cenie 30usd za dobe zapłaciłem 35 usd, oczywiście dostrzegłem to i zaakceptowałem o tym w trakcie jej dokonywania. Rezerwacja przez Agodę ma swój minus, jednokierunkowa komunikacja tylko w do hotelu, rodzi to problemy np. z dodtakowymi ewentualnie płatnymi usługami. Poprosiłem przez formularz Agody o transfer z lotniska zaznczjac, że przed wykoaniam usługi proszę o informację o ewentualnychy koswztach. serwis był w porządku jedank doipero na miejscu okazało się że jest bezpłatny od zamówienia trzech noclegów, na moje uwagi wyjaśnili ze nie mają mozliwości odpowiedzenia ponieważ Agoda nie udostepnia im mojego adresu e-mailowego. 10 Hotel usytuowany w dogodnym miejscu w pobliżu wszystkich atrakcyjnych miejsc. Zasadniczo w zasięgu 10 minut spacerem możemy dotrzć do dwóch światów Hanoi, stare miasto i nowe zasobne hanoi. Idąc z hotelu w prawą strone, idzieny do jeziora i starego miasta, które pokazuje Hanoi bliższe ogólnemu obrazowi. Idąc w lewo docieramy w okolice narodowego banku oraz opery i tu pojawia się inne Hanoi, czyste, zasobne piękniejsze. Trzeba zobaczyć obydwa obrazy aby nie pozostać tylko z wizerunkiem zaułków, które nie zdążyły jeszcze się zmienić. Wrażenie negatywne to poczucie otaczającego cię brudu na ulicach jednak bez typowych np dla Tajlandii zapachów. Rekompensuje jednak te wrazenia ogólna życzliwość i uśmiech jakim obdazają cię Wietnamczycy. Z uwag dodtakowych - należy uważać na złodziei w tzw sliping busach oraz mafię taksówkową przy dworcach. Określenie jazdy na licznik jest chwytem na klienta licznik nabija w takiej taksówce dwa, trzy cztery razy szybciej niż powinien.

Location. 5 The staff was very efficient and attentive in giving assistance to our every need. We were impressed with how patient and persistent one of the staff was (named Tung) in fixing the computer in the room. Room cleanliness needs to be improved in terms of cigarette smoke smell and creepy crawling roaches in the room and bathroom.

I meant there was a window but it opened to the corridor, so we couldn't really open it for fresh air or lights because there wouldn't be any privacy if we left it open. We also found small cockroaches in our room, on our bed, for our 2 stays out of 3 stays there!!

The location is perfect and what you get for the money is a perfect room. I was living in Hanoi before and know what is standard and what not. This hotel is above standard for Vietnam. We will definitely come back again.

You are centrally located in the old quarters, not too far, from the lake. The staff were very attentive and helpful with maps and instructions to get around. I would definitively recommend this hotel.

Podróż z partnerem Poland, 1 maja 2013	Problems with room availability despite of booking Location, breakfast, staff 4,7 We have booked our room via agoda for 2 nights staying in Aquarius hotel. When we arrived it turned out that hotel is fully booked and we were offered to move to their sisterhotel Indochina which was 50 meters far. There we got awful small room, very smelly and noisy - despite we booked and pay (already via agoda in advance) for delux room. Finally after our claim they changed room only for a slightly better (not smelly but no view). Breakfast in Indochina was awful - only pho soup was eatable. For next night they moved us again to Aquarius hotel , room looked better, but... bed linen was not changed, and there were a lot of bugs and cocroaches in the room!
