Good hotel at good location.”
The hotel is located in chota shimla which is near to Mall road as well as Jakoo hills. It has a restaurant as well and food is good. We took breakfast also which was buffet and was delicious. I would like to thanks to Mr. Naveen Chauhan for helping with luggage and room keeping. Also, I would like to recognise the staff who serves breakfast , he was so polite and helpful. All staffs are very polite and courteous , even the owner of hotel was available at reception and was a real gentleman who accomodated our request for room with View . I would recommend this to my family and friends as well.

Staff was professional and in dress especially Mr.Narayan who even gone one step ahead by providing best hospitality experience. Hotel Management and staff was like 8f you have landed in 5 star resort Rooms and facilities were awesome especially bathrooms and room spaces and valley views from second floor room Food and dine in was expensive as their was no nearby restaurants as well where you can dine out Super friendly for couples and family Difficult to find without location

Staff was really nice. They let us check-in a little early. Room had all facilities from oil heater, wifi, toiletries, towels, kettle to extra blanket. Breakfast was really nice. View from hotel is amazing.

best hospitality ever”
i was reluctant in booking a hotel in shimla as i had a bad experience before, however it was much better with ashiana clarks inn. the distance is approx. 2.5 km from mall road but you can easily take the city bus for that and its seamless and easy. the best staff and hospitality.

Location wise the hotel is little bit rash, but management wise staff is good kind supportive and well trained. Specially Mr. Rahul, Mr. Narayan and housekeeper Mr. Thapa. They are well supportive. Food is not very good but it's ok to consume. Room is small but occupied with all needy material.

So many aminities were missing”
It was an ok ok stay rooms are not as good as shown in the picture. As mentioned all rooms has to be mountain view but the gave us one normal room room and it was so smelly. Aminities like bath robe , sleepers and many more were missing. And ist bees so hard to reach hotel parking is so downstairs as a new driver can't reach the hotel so I don't recommend to stay here don't go on name like clarks its as simple as a hotel who offers rooms in 1000 to 1500

Not Upto the mark, very small room size as compared to mentioned in Agoda.. good average , and overly priced .. only good thing is parking within premises but to locate that is again a challenge.. the number what agoda will send in confirmation email belongs to sales guy and he will pick the call only on his comfort .. staff is untrained and not as per standard

Mr Kamaljeet at the reception is working here to doom this hotel. He is rude to guests & his superiors who try to resolve a complaint . I personally think Mr Kamaljeet needs help to go back to hospitality school to understand how to work inhotel. . We all should help in getting his education again. When I leave this hotel will put in some money for him.
