"I actually traveled with my best friend but no option for that. We have stayed here a few times before and although they are renovating now this place is still clean. It's about a 1/2 hour from downtown LA but is close to stores, fast food, restaurants, etc. Staff has always been friendly, which isn't always easy to find. There is no elevator, so if you have mobility restrictions just ask for a ground floor room. Very accommodating. I will keep coming back here!!. "

"We came to LA for granddaughters birthday. Needed a place close to them and in a safe area with free parking. This Hotel is convenient to our family and freeway for ease of access. There was a some city noise, but not bad enough to keep us up. (We live in the country and don't miss big city noise.) Room was clean, bed was OK, comfortable, good quality towels and shower worked well. We had a small fridge in the room which was perfect for our needs. There was a Chinese restaurant and a Mediterranean chicken place next to each other a block away, so we could just walk over there. Also a Denny's at the Hotel if you want to get food there. Made it easy because we had no desire to drive any more for the day. LA traffic sux. Go Giants!"

"This was my first time staying at the hotel and found the 3.5 star rating to be accurate. The room was large, modern and had a huge tv. The staff was extremely nice. I asked not to have a room facing the 101 highway. They were able to upgrade me to a superior double queen room. The room appears to have been recently remodeled. The bathroom was also modern. Weird quirk about the hotel is that they charge $15/night for parking however if you want after 10pm you can park your car down the street at the bank for free and the valet will bring it to you in the morning when needed. I will definitely return. "
