Simple and clean hotel”
for a simple hotel, i suggest this hotel to stay for a sort of time. there are only two beds and small bathroom with quite good hot water. small tv, big cupboard, and good ac are enough to stay with around the hotel is easy to find local food. it needs local transportation to get center of hatyai by tuk tuk or motorcycle taxi coz hotel location is so far from main city

However cheap this place is do not stay here!”
This is not really a hotel but a large block of studios I think serving the students at the local university. The room I stayed could be described as faded. There is no reception just an office which seems to operate only during the day. It it is located in an area of Hat Yai that is not served by taxis unless you preorder one. If you do stay here make sure you bring a padlock to make use of the sensible facility as you leave your room to be able to lock it from outside.

If you are on tight budget”
It’s far from Hat Yai city centre or the famous Lee Garden Plaza Hotel. It’s located nearby to Prince of Songkhla Uni, near the Pest Faculty. Hard to get a tuk-tuk. Look for Xiaomi Hatyai in Google Maps to get here. It’s a kind of apartment. But the room is spacious with 2 single beds. Many laundry shops around here.
