I really liked my stay here.. lovely view, would definitely recommend to all my friends. PS: Agoda please increase the star ratings.. 5 from me.
very good location with awesome view. rooms are good and very clean. the staff is courteous and super responsive. a must visit resort.
Must go for anyone who ever is staying in chail.. Peaceful n lovely stay... Loved the ambience n the food... Super delicious...
We stayed for 3 nights in Dec, 2017. Buffett breakfast is very good with continental and Indian choices. Cleanliness is very good. Staff and service is excellent. Ala carte lunch and dinner items are expensive. Travel desk is good but we had a bad experience with a driver while returning to Chandigarh and he took Rs.550/- extra on top of the agreed amount.
Worst hotel they have menu in rooms but they don’t take orders, they book with breakfast but they only have 2 items thats also in rooms.. service is very bad resturant is of no use last order time 7 pm.. worst
We are frequent travellers in India and abroad. This is the first time and our experience of the hotel is pathetic. Hotel is in dilapidated state with no focus on cleanliness. There was a big spider and dustbins full of garbage which welcomed us in the room. There were unmentionable things kept below the mattresses and it was very embarassing for the family. Hotel own...

The location is great.. the staff is really good. They are all well behaved and they make sure your stay is comfortable. The breakfast could be a little more elaborate in my opinion but all in all, a good deal for the money!
I enjoyed every bit of 2 days spent...people, hospitality and hygiene were too good. we were attended well even though reached at 2 at night. Felt very very good. They have very clean tents and furnitures and food was also good.
