"Booked double but allocated twin room. Told mistake was mine. It wasn't. Met girls for dinner (we had all booked separately) and another in group had same done to her. She didnt bother asking to change but i did. Given a room that had dirty glass, rubbish in bin and loo used. Friend had teapot still full of tea in hers! Basin tap hard to turn off and sink wouldn't drain. Spa pool and Jacuzzi lovely but small communial changing room and lockers out in pool area. Both bar and restaurant atmosphere good. Open fire in restaurant lovely. Warning, if you buy drinks at the bar and take through to dinner they may add them again to your restaurant bill. Excuse was 'sorry I saw the bottle on the table' which was poor. The waiter should have asked if unsure. Dinner was as expected. Breakfast was lovely but a long delay waiting for ordered food at both. Nor was I offered more toast. At checkout I wasnt asked how my stay was and the receipt stapled to bill says void. "
