"Very practical accommodation. The room was small but served its purpose. The shaver socket didn’t work but reception gave us an adapter plug so we could use a normal socket. Parking is £7 for a 24hr period. You can come and go in that time but you are not guaranteed a space on your return. We were there at the weekend so found parking on the street for free. Breakfast was excellent - a range of options buffet style so you could eat as much as you wanted. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. "

"I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay in Birmingham Central Backpackers. Breakfast was healthy and appetising; a choice of fruit, jams and bread including tea or coffee. The staff were polite and sometimes talkative. The bunk beds in the large dormitory are quite old; the metal frame creaks often. Make sure you wear ear plugs! The kitchen, shower room and toilet facilities are clean and well maintained. The common room has ample furniture, space, DVDs, games and literature. A nice flat screen TV is available for use. Overall the value for money is very good. "
