My relatives were staying to celebrate their golden wedding and I booked in as a surprise the staff were wonderful they presented them with flowers and Champaign and I took cake and balloon it was a wonderful night with brill cabaret too

Came to Blackpool as two couples for 1 night to see Blackpool illuminations, perfect location out of the hustle and bustle and only 10 minute cab ride into centre. Hotel clean and lovely, swimming pool and spa good, didn't use the gym but that also looked good. Breakfast lovely would defiantly stay again.
Saw the price on here and booked it but the price was an error and when I got to the hotel I expected problems but Joey the receptionist was very friendly and when saw the price I paid smiled and wished me a great stay and I was treated with respect and was welcomed. I would stay here again and the rooms and bathroom was great.
Upon arriving at tbe hotel I was told I nedded to pay £130 for the room because Agoda hadnt transferred the money. I was told that I could stay one night because I had kids but it would need to be sorted out in the morning. All this even though I showed my voucher from Agoda.

Oh how we hate stairs :-) but sometimes you don't have much choice but that is Blackpool. We had 2 rooms and each was the same but different. Dated & worn but reasonably clean. The bathrooms were really quite roomy a bit of a surprise there. What interactions we had with the staff were pleasant and accommodating making our stay that much easier.

Fantastic location, 15 mins either way to pleasure beach or the tower. Room was clean, although quite dated but the whole of Blackpool seems like it hasn't had a lick of paint since the 70s!!! Lovely staff. Has parking but beware, the car park entrance is very narrow and we had to be guided in.

The main prom was great with plenty to do, it was well maintained and the beach was clean. The back streets and shopping area was disappointing and looked run down and tacky!
Blackpool is a vacation area for local people, however, it is still too cold and windy for us to leisure there.
Main reason we go to Blackpool is for the dancing in the Tower Ballroom. We also enjoy walking the prom or beach North/South Shore There is also becoming more quality restaurants The council are obviously trying to improve cleanliness on the front the trams are a big improvement
Have been visiting Blackpool for many years and it has a charm all its own. The Pleasure beach continues to attract, the horse drawn carriages , Harry Ramsdens, the piers with the various entertainments, the Tower itself.
