"whilst this may not be the most stylish or fancy hotel in el calafate, it is a good bet for the traveller who wants a comfortable stay in a modern hotel very close to the shops. rooms are spacious and service is simple and professional including a nice 'turn-down' service with free chocolates... there's a spa too (and massage service) but we didn't have time for these as we were busy exploring glaciers and riding horses! all in all, i'd recommend this hotel - it was an excellent choice."

Wi-fi was patchy though. Breakfast was simple but filling. Alejandro and Andrea, the owners, were perfect hosts. They made you felt very welcome and made sure we were well taken care of. Location was slightly off the center of town but still walkable (under 5 - 10 mins). What a wonderful stay and more importantly, what wonderful hosts! Highly recommended! "
