"All the workers at the hotel were very nice and kind to me and my family. Unfortunately I accidentally left behind some of my belongings. They sent it to a hotel I was staying in Delhi. The best part was that they payed for the expense because they believe in providing best customer experience possible. They even wrote me an email about tracking information. Thank you for your such kind service. "

"We moved from an other hotel in the centre of Jaipur to a Junior suit at Radisson. The room was very spacious and the king bed very comfortable. It has a walk-in robe. It was so nice not to have to look at our luggage!! The bathroom was also very spacious.. It’s a little way out, as it’s near the airport. About 15 or so mins out of Jaipur depending on the traffic. The hotel is very well presented, the staff are great, and the bar and restaurant are also very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again."

"it's a quite unique hotel with very friendly & helpful staff indeed & the rooms as well as the whole complex is well maintained & clean. there's a major road in front & a bus terminal just adjacent which makes it pretty loud once you're outside but then again: in that price-range & location you cannot expect an oasis of quietness (where in india can you?)... I thought it was great value for money!"
