"When we arrived the staff were very nice. We then went to our “rooms” and it was fairly comfortable and clean however the bathroom had a pair of underpants left on the floor all day all the way until the next day. We only stayed one night, and when we checked out my friend accidentally left her kindle in the locker. We realised the kindle was left at the hotel when we reached the airport we tried to contact them and didn’t hear back till the next day in which they told us there was no Kindle. If the room was cleaned after we checked out the kindle should have been found by a staff member but the fact that it has now permanently gone missing obviously we are not happy about that. "

"I came here for a congress. The place is located in a nice rural neighborhood. It is probably a 10 to 12 minute walk to get to the metro station. There are probably hotels that are located closer to the Milan centre so this location might not work well for everyone. I think the staff was pretty competent and bilingual. This is very important because it makes it easy to solve problems that might arise during the trip."

"Location is superb as it is just a 5 mins walk away from the central station. Many restaurants around the area and the pasta place beside the hotel was my best meal in Milan. Rooms and toliets were big enough but the shower is kind of small which i think is a norm in Europe. "

"I have been staying in this hotel in Milan for the past few years. The rooms are clean and decent, although small, comparing to other hotels nearby. Wifi connection is free and good. However the best thing about this hotel is the central location in Milan. It is minutes away by foot to the Duomo, shopping galleries and la scala theatre. There are also many nice restaurants in the galleria which is about 15 minutes walk away. For good restaurants, you can find paper moon along Via Bagutta or the galleria area. I will recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Milan for the first time. Whether it’s for business or leisure."
