Pune hotels & places to stay

I stayed at Pride hotel after 10 years, I found the same kind of hospitality that i had experienced back in 2009. Staff is familiar and courteous. Food is good. However, i was bit disappointed to notice improper cleanliness in my room this time, particularly bathroom. I could find dust flying around in the wardrobe, while taking out slippers from there. Request you to please maintain and be very careful to prepare the room before guest arrival. I would always like to come back and stay at Hotel Pride in Pune. Thanks and Good Luck !!

i,wish we had a few nights more to savour of the hotels comforts and location which was ideally in a resedential area ie a two minute walk to our residence at goodwill enclave.the cleanlines was impeccable backed by professional staff service hope they are able to sustain these standards and stay in the business longer the vegetarian restaraunt is one of its kind then again the best restaraunts and shopping in punes toplocality of kalyaninagar are all within 300 metre radius

I had booked this room for a client and.had specifically mentioned that they 'll be a couple with a young child however when they reached the hotel . They had to call me up and I had to request the front desk staff to let them in coz as per the staff the room was booked for 1 person. They made my guests wait for more than 45 mins before they gave them a room. I don't think i 'll will ever make a booking with Agoda or the west inn pune

Stayed there for 11 days and I would say excellent service. Nice and friendly staff. Clean rooms and facilities. Great room service, foods though a bit pricey and special mention to Sushant who was very concerned about how we found our food, very nice guy. There's a lot of choices for breakfast with very attentive staffs who always encouraged us to try the local Indian food, which we did and did not regret our choices. We also had a great experience using the taxi service. We had Shrikant Sajjan drive us to Mahabaleshwar and around Pune, and he was excellent. All of the staff never failed to greet us and ask us what we needed. This is my best ever hotel experience so far.

i loved staying in this hotel. the apartment was comfortable, clean, well maintained and spacious. kitchen was well appointed with a fridge, stove, all utensils, toaster, drip coffee maker. complimentary tea, instant coffee and 2 bottles of water daily. free use of laundry washing machine and dryer, and they provide washing powder at the front desk. the hotel provides a free auto rickshaw service within pune area which was perfect for me to attend the osho commune retreat centre in the mornings (which is only a 10 minute walk back to the hotel). breakfast was an extensive buffet with local, indian and western foods, and was good quality and very tasty. they cook eggs to order. staff were very friendly and helpful. i would definitely stay here again.

We stayed only for 2 nights but that was all the time Corinthians needed to make a lasting impression on us. Every employee we met, from doorman to senior managers there were extremely hospitable and genuinely interested in our welfare and always willing to help. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible, frequently checking in to see if there was anything more they could do for us. Corinthians Resort will always be the place we'd pick to stay in Pune. Thanks to all the wonderful people who made our stay there so wonderful and hats off to the management for putting together such a great team!

Stayed at St. Laurn for 2 nights in an executive twin room. The room was perfect, spacious, could adjust the aircon to my liking, good bathroom, what more do you want? Breakfast was included and it was okay, with the usual order your own dosa etc. The room service was good as well, with a variety of choices of Indian and Western food. Loved the Muligatawny soup. The staff was friendly and helpful. Wifi worked well. The location is just perfect for exploring Pune and if you need an auto rickshaw or a cab, it was no problem to get one. Koregaon Park area has some lovely alleys and streets lined with trees with little cafes and restaurants with gardens. For the price paid, it is very value for money! Will stay here again if I come back to Pune.

The hotel was ok, the room 422 was good, but the facilities was horrible. There was NOTHING in the bathroom, NO lotion, liquid soap for bathing and liquid shampoo. I have travelled and stayed even in a 2 star hotel where they provided everything. This is supposed to be a 4 star Hotel. I had to literally beg for lotion, then when i went for a shower, there was NO shower cap, so when i called the reception saying there is NO shower cap, he turns around and tells me that only if we ask for one they provide, that too after half an hour the shower cap was provided after calling the reception over and over again. Will never stay there.again, was very disappointed with the service. Even at breakfast the staff was NOT at all helpful :(

Hotel woodland in pune is very best hotel for anyone to stay because its very awesome, its interiors are fabulous, also its very much near to pune station. so anyone who wants ambiance, suitability, rest, or anything, this hotel woodland is very nice. Apart from that, hotel staffs are very very much co-operative. thanks & hats off to all the staffs of hotel woodland in pune city.

I have stayed here 5 times in the past 2 months. This review is after 5 different experiences. The Hotel Location is a big plus point. Under 10 minutes from Station, touches the M G Road/Eat Streets. Provides quick connectivity to Swargate (15 mins). The staff at the hotel is courteous and polite. The rooms are good and well maintained. It's an old hotel, so some squeaks here and there can be expected. Jyoti and Krishna at the front desk have been very helpful at all times. The hotel seems to support local products as I see the paper napkins etc are sources from local (Pune) vendors. So, that's great! Overall, I recommend this hotel to everyone. They don't allow your guests to the room under any circumstances. If you expect guests during the day time, you should book for those many heads. Or, if you have already booked solo/double occupancy and expect guest during the day, they will charge you a nominal fee and then let them to your rooms. Which is fair.

I visited Pune to meet a friend and stayed here for 1 night only. The best part of the hotel - it is bang opposite Pune railway station hence didn’t need to travel a long distance.. kudos to the strategic location! The lobby is warm and welcoming with chandelier and nice peacock paintings which set a warm and welcome tone. I am told the hotel is refurbished and has been done to make it more contemporary and add to the newness factor. The lobby has a small cafe ( can’t recall the name) which serves quick tea coffee sandwiches etc.. the lady - Elizabeth - if I recall was a very warm and sweet lady who helped in quick check in’s since the front desk was attending to some other customers. She was amongst the oldest staff at stage hotel. Pleasant , soft spoken and professional who knew that hotel and service industry is all about managing people and expectations! Pleased to meet a lady like you madam:) The hotel also has a salon, a bar and a book shop which added to the facilities the hotel offered. There was some corporate event so couldn’t see the ballroom but am assuming a mid sized MICE event can be conducted smoothly. The 24 hour coffee shop served buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. 1 thing to note — the hotel also offers spa. Seems from Monday - Friday from 10:00AM- 03:00PM they offer 50% discount. I did he spa and found the services between average - good. Guess spa services everywhere are the same. The steam was getting a bit stuffy and claustrophobic beyond a point. Had dinner at the rooftop restaurant- Indian - can’t remember the name. The ambiance and dimly lit place made a perfect time to enjoy. The floor has a pool also which was of course closed. It was pleasant with cool breeze making the experience even more memorable. No high walls and paintings but dimly lit lanterns with cross ventilation made the experience pleasant. Hotel Sagar Plaza I booked for nostalgia. 25yrs ago my Father had brought me to this four star hotel for my engineering admission process. This time I got my kids. The hotel is nice although furniture looks a bit outdated and bathroom water flow etc could be better. What makes it great four star stay is the staff. They are super excellent. The breakfast is good and staff there are very friendly and helpful. The reception staff Vikas went out of his way to help my multiple times. When my flights needed to be changed I used his phone and more importantly I needed the EPL channels on my room tv which weren’t there. In 2hrs he arranged for another set top box in my room and I got all my beloved sports channels here. I will return and stay and Sagar Plaza whenever am at pune. Stayed here for 3 nights and it's by far the best hotel I've stayed at in India, during my past month of traveling. Front desk staff, porters, cleaners, restaurant manager and staff all very friendly. Great variety of food at buffet breakfast. Restaurant food is high quality. Rooms are comfortable, cleaned every day with great ventilation. Bathroom is spotless with everything in good working order. Location is good and in a quiet street. Movies cinemas and a western style boutique pub next door. 500m walk and you can experience some real Pune, with numerous shops and good local restaurant bars. Also train station is very close to the hotel. Just book a room, I guarantee you won't be disappointed.

I would say that this was a birthday celebration getaway for me. At first I though that would a business hotel be a great choice, but once i reached there i was right in making my decision. They greeted me with lots of bouquets and a large super yummmmyyy cake awaiting me in my room. Hospitality was top grade, food toooo good, and also staff excellent. To add feather to their wings their spa and indoor pool was just too good to describe. I had an excellent nllent birthday celebration and would definitely visit the hotel again whenever i m in pune.
