Comfortable little room, great for transit rest”
I really liked the Sleeping Pods, very clean comfortable and very close to my departure gate, I wished there was a key to the room so I could have come and go as i wished, and also there wasnt a proper ceiling meaning light and some noise were present. Still a great place for a few hours transit!

Don't book it ahead so that you have a choice!”
I flew from Indore to Delhi (domestic flight) and I had 7 hours lay over until my international flight departure so I booked the sleeping pods hotel (situated at the international terminal 3) for 4 hours! They would not allow me to proceed to the international side of the terminal but 4 hours before my flight ( no information was provided on that issue). Check in and security control lasted about an hour so I arrived at the hotel 3 hours prior to my flight. I asked for a refund (I could stay 2 hours only) but they insisted that it was my fault because I was late! The rooms are clean no bathroom inside not even a sink to wash you hands. As it is situated near by the departure gates you cannot possibly sleep as announcements for flight departures are every once in a while ( Delhi airport is VERY busy). I would not recommend it ! I feel I just waisted my money!

Did not sleep well - sheets and blankets did not seem clean. Got a few bites from unidentified bugs - from the blanket. The PA system of the airport disturbed our sleep. The bed was not comfortable. Still - it beats sleeping on the floor or on a bench in the terminal, but not for the price paid.

Transit hotel was booked so we made a quick booking here slightly more than 24 hours in advance of arrival. The receipt in my app said "paid in full." When we arrived, they had no record of our booking and demanded that we pay again even though we presented the receipt. It took about an hour of back and forth on the phone with the boss to get them to believe that "paid in full" meant what it said. No apologies from anyone; no politeness at all, in English or Hindi. It was nice to have a clean and quiet bed in the airport, and a place to lock while sleeping, but I wouldn't pay for this again.

We landed at the airport ard 7pm evening and our next flight to transit was at 7am. We have booked the Sleeping Pods to checked in ard 10pm or 11pm to have a rest. However, due to unseen circumstances - gates only opened few hours before, we were unable to check in to proceed to terminal where the Pods located. Tired and frustrated, we went to Plaza Premium Lounge. Free flow drinks and cookies at Plaza Premium and comfortable beds. I learned my lessons haha.

Not worth the money”
It's literally a simple box wit canvass top that doesn't shut out noise or light, I've cancelled the pod and I'm paying the little bit extra for my return journey to stay at the holiday Inn in the same terminal. Staff had no records of my bookings and only let us stay because I had proof of payment.

No ceiling, no bed sheets, zero acoustics, construction noise”
On the plus side, idea location for an airport nap -- if you're not a light sleeper or equipped with noise cancellation earphones and a good eye mask.

The website doesn't clearify under which travelling conditions the Sleeping pods are accesible. Coming from Europe at 02.00AM at IGI Airport I had expected to find my way to the Sleeping Pods before catching my domestic flight. As I wasn't familiair with IGI Airport I tried fo find out before I booked. But the website is very confusing. I also sent my travel data to the sleeping Pod organisation (as they requested) but didn't get an answer. I also sent an inquiry through Agoda but didn't get any answer either. Turns out it was impossible for me to get to Sleeping Pods as I was scheduled for a domestic departure instead of a international departure. Maybe very foolish of me but somebody (from Sleeping Pods) could've pointed it out to me.

It's really great relief right at the terminal gatrs to take a good nap. Recommended 😊👍 Bring a small sheet to put on top of the pillow cover, I wasn't 100% happy about the sheets.

Giving one star because zero not in option ”
Wastage of money as there was nothing mentioned that the pods can b availed by international passenfer only. As I was traveling by domestic flight from the same terminal my 6800/- went in vain.. no response was there from the numbers given on the sight as I emailed for refund. Why shud sum1 need a pod for 6 hours after check in... as the counters open just 3 hours prior to flight... my hard earned money gone and also had to spend whole night near the check in counter... depressing experience

Hotel qui ne sert a rien ”
Je vous le déconseille ! Il y a un hotel très bien au premier étage ! Il coûte 4000 roupies c est beaucoup mais pour pouvoir être au chaud et dormir dans un lit c est finalement pas chère payé! Je n ai pas pu accéder a ma chambre 3 heure avant mon vol , lol hotel de situe après le passage de la douane mais on n a pas le droit de la franchire avant ! Donc hotel inutile !

このホテルは、国際線でデリーから出発する人専用のホテルです。国内線乗り継ぎの人はイートンホテル（空港内）か到着ロビーの両端にラウンジがあります。AGODAの記載ではホテルの方針の所に英語で書いてあるので翻訳して、読んだ方がいいです。２４時間カスタマーサービスは夜間は日本語が通じません。（国際電話料金がインド料金ではなく高く付きます）掛ける際は気を付けて。一度予約をするとキャンセル料が１５ドル掛かるので、よく考えて予約した方がいいですよ。 料金も割引料金記載ですが、１時間１０ドルで、当日空いてれば予約無しでも泊まれます。ただし、デリーからどこかの国へ行く人のみ（国際線）が利用できるホテルです！
