"We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. There is an onsite car park which is free, but first come first serve. Our room is just above the hotel kitchen, so there is a little 'oily/ cooking' smell. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay with the hotel. "

"Loved this hotel as it’s quirky, spacious, well located. My only gripe was that when we arrived at around 9pm the kitchen was closed, including room service. There are plenty of restaurants at the shopping centre 4 minutes away, which is where we went but would have preferred a room service small snack. Other than that, the staff are lovely - super helpful and kind, the room was huge and well kitted out and the oeverall decor is great!"

"Booked this last minute on Agoda for a layover in Liverpool. It was really easy to get to via bus (82A), and then a short walk from the bus stop. The staff was very helpful and nice. Even set out breakfast for us before the time because we were leaving early for the airport. Room had a fully renovated bathroom. I liked the light fixture in the room the best, and I'm sensitive to light. "

"We enjoyed our stay and the room was lovely however, the day we were leaving we had a knock on the door to say the other room has been broken into. the property and room is opened via keypad and the codes, I don’t know how often they get changed but clearly this is not the best option as the information is written on paper and someone could easily lose this paper meaning anyone who picks it up can get in. I’m concerned that someone may have been in my room and I didn’t know but the neighbouring room had been ransacked and items stolen because they weren’t in at the time...I’d suggests changing the codes more frequently or getting keys instead. I personally enjoyed the stay it’s just the safety lets it down. "
