6.30 Start breakfast but 7.30 all the food clear by the travel bus tourist. (My room package is including breakfast )But so far I'm very OK about the room and service, will rate 3 star for Grand Oliver Hotel.

Short Stay”
I really enjoyed my stay, but I booked the highest floor rates as I thought they were reasonable. The food stalls outside the hotel were just fantastic, with the best Thai food you can find. Only thing is in the day its a bit lonely and most of the staff do not speak good english. But still its a nice place I feel. WiFi was good too.

Great stay overall”
It's at a good location, only problem is most people there don't understand English. They should at least speak basic hotel words. Transport to town was easy as they have a shuttle service. Hotel food I ordered was very nice and even the small stalls outside the hotel were also very very nice but they could not speak English. I had a good stay and will go back for sure.

Light in room is too little and a bit dark”
is budget hotel so everything is consider okay, 2.5/5 . their service is good the breakfast exceptable the room light is too little, a but dark toilet is clean but the toilet seat spoiled the bed is too hard and the air con seem problem because quite warm after on the air few hours. if I come back again also because the cheap price. add, good massage is just right opposite the hotel.

Positives? Big rooms, spotlessly clean, European Shower head. Negatives? It's a long walk to where "The Action" is. There is usually a motorbike taxi outside, so you're not stranded. Also, the breakfast buffet was very disappointing. Cold eggs, with congealed yolks cooked who knows how long ago (it was 8:30 am when I ate there) . Everything else was cold also. (Cold saussage with cold egg and cold rice anyone?) No option to have an omlette cooked, but the coffee was at least warm. Use the McDonalds as your reference point for "The heart of the City". Lits of pubs and Karoke close to that.

Everything is good in this hotel, but that is something problem too, 1: safe box are spoiled, 2: the toilet will flood, 3: the air conditioner didn't service well and the last is if the can give more pillow to use it will better .
