Would definitely like to stay here again. The hotel room is perfect. Bathroom too is well done. Thoughtful of them to even provide a good ipod speaker dock. Good value for money hotel in Gurgaon where hotel rooms are generally very expensive. Location though is not the best. If someone is attending a conference in Leela (like i was), then it makes sense to stay here rather than pay thrice the price in Leela.

I was required to go to Gurgaon for an urgent business. Although I have gone to Delhi quite often but this was first time I went Gurgaon. I regularly book my rooms through Agoda and this time it was no different as their grading and description always was correct and to the point. This time also it was exactly as it was described and I had the value for money. It suited to my requirement and recommend to others also.

This was my first time in india coming from south africa so i then decided to book this hotel it was truly an amazing experience the service the staff the rooms ,hygeine and their proffesionalism is all up to standard also a special thanks to the gm for making my stay comfortable i loved this hotel so much that i extended about 4 times it was one time i booked another hotel in south delhi it was absolutely disgusting i immediatly checked out and came back to this beautiful hotel i will highly recommend it to anyone who wants to live in luxury and not regret wasting their money. thank you golden tulip suites you really out did yourselfs.

Our experience at this Lemon Tree hotel was mixed. First we inadvertently went to the wrong Lemon Tree hotel in Gurgaon - there are two, and the evening rush-hour traffic required an extra hour to cross 6km to get from one to the other. On the way out to the airport the following morning, we learned the staff had failed to order the cab we had requested the night before (though they quickly recovered, and made a cab appear). The electricity in the room went out twice, though service quickly came to fix it. the phone worked poorly, but internet service was great. Service was prompt in bringing a DVD player and room service food to the room; there are about 50 DVDs for rent. The Italian food we ordered was distinctly subpar. Breakfast in the morning was edible and convenient if not luxurious; the coffee and tea were hot. The shower was hot with great water pressure, and the room was clean and pleasing on the eye. Definitely worth value, but the experience is a bit rough around the edges.

Nice modern furniture cleaned Room, appropriate breakfast spread. Lunch and buffet dinner lacks in continental food which represents tre 20 percent of the total. Small nice24 hrs gym adjacent to an expensive spa A big mall surrounded by some other 5 stars hotels at a walking distance. Due to the highway u can’t walk there so at all time u shall go with a riksho a taxi or the hotel shuttle bus

near to the airport. quite far from delhi centre so only stay here if your business is in gurgaon. nice rooms. good bathroom amenities. very helpful staff. buffet breakfast is so-so and rather pricey. ala carte food is nice especially the ravioli with saffron cream sauce. super fast laundry. wifi is rather pricey too. hotel car is much more expensive than tour agency car, of course quality is different too.. otherwise a very pleasant stay.

It was my second time by Jüsta Residence. And there, still made me feel great with their service. Nice, friendly, polite and great information staffs. Nice design room. I had an early checked in, very early, but the hotel staffs prepared the room and all paper. I even received breakfast on arrival, that was a big surprise! I stayed at room 3002, with huge balcony around the room at the top floor. Very silent. It will take about 15 mins from the airport by taxi. Please notice DLF building on left hand, then a bit further, will see the small street on left hand with small sign, DLF Industrial Phase I, just drive to that street and a few mins will find Jüsta on left hand. Taxi metre (Meru, Mega..etc)charge will not over 500.- Rp incl 80.- called charge & 12.- tax. Sahara Mall is the shopping mall nearby. 100.- Rp for each drive. There is a small supermarket nearby the hotel where you can walk to there. Just walk down to the housing area,..small shops for about 7-10 mins, then will see Italien Restaurant sign, go inside that area, will see the shop there. It's nice to find some kind that shop (convenience store) nearby and accept credit card with reasonable price. I special thanks to the Manager, and all Reception staffs specially,...restaurant staffs..and great food.

I stayed here on 2 separate occasions recently. Once in May and again in June. Both time for business meetings. Hotel is excellent, friendly staff , good facilities. The hotel is little bit off main area and there is nothing much to do around the place. There are not any good restaurants or any other places near by where you can walk down. yes if you have access to a car all the day, the hotel is not far from from any place with in Gurgaon. The food, I found was good, portions are large but a bit expensive. All on all occasions, when i ordered room service, no one came from clearance later on . This happened on all days of my stay . That was bit uncomfortable. Over all good value for money. Will stay again when occasion arise.

Location was good, Breakfast buffet ... especially the South Indian dishes were great. Staff were very professional and responsive. Few constructive comments .... for the hotel to work on (if they wish): 1) The entrance needs to be cleaned up and made more presentable. Especially the way for luggage slide way .... the start of the walk way has a "No Parking" signboard ... but cars are parked there for some reason .... and hence parking for Drop Off / Pick Ups is not possible to use this way way effectively. Also the flooring colour is not easy to detect in the dark or rains and could cause accidents. 2) There is some dispute between the hotel and the owner of the land opposite the hotel. Due to which any taxi / car for pick up has to pay INR 20 each time which is charged by a third party attendend if needed to access the hotel. This is crazy!

We were making a last minute booking while passing through India and I was quite skeptical about the hotel as I've ever only stayed at Hyatt Gurgaon. But to my pleasant surprise the hotel was good and so were the rooms and beds. As I drove there, I need to park and the parking charge is INR 100 per night which is not through the hotel because the hotel doesn't have any parking space of their own. We were checked in by Alok who was very polite. The service provided by everyone at the hotel was good. Downside is that there are no convenience stores nearby but the hotel did provide us complimentary water which was appreciated. The breakfast was with few but excellent options.

Stayed there for 4 nights and overall a decent experience. Good breakfast and clean room. Sheets in room were not changed everyday but that was managable. We have requested for a late checkout at 2pm as we had evening flight. Though hotel was almost empty and even we were willing to pay extra, staff insisted on vacating at 1pm. They said somehow magically only that room was booked! Makes no sense. We had to spend a lot of time at airport!

I changed from a very nice hotel in central Gurgaon for this one on the weekend so I could relax by the pool. When I checked in late Friday night, the baggage boy took me up to a room, and let me in to a room that was clearly currently occupied - there were clothes and bags in the wardrobe and one the chairs. Nonetheless he left me in the room, but returned 10 minutes later with another key and another room. You can imagine my disappointment on Saturday morning when I went up to check out the pool only to find that not only was it empty, but it appears as if it has never been used. I returned to my room to shower and hello! no hot water. I rang reception and they told me to wait for a while. I left the tap running for 20 minutes and guess what, still no hot water! I went out shopping later in the day, and when I returned and went to the lift to return to my room one of the staff ran across the lobby and asked me if I was staying at the hotel - when I said yes, he demanded to see my room key. I thought this to be very strange as there must have been only 10 or 15 people staying at the hotel, and by other hotels standards very rude. Sunday morning I wanted to sleep in as I had a late night flight home, but at 9am there was a knock at the door, then the doorbell rang. I got out of bed and answered the door and there was a porter with the newspaper - 'Here is your newspaper sir, and breakfast is served downstairs' 9am on Sunday! I had neither arranged or wanted a wake-up call, but I got one anyway... strange. Perhaps he was wanting a tip, but certainly I was in no mood to oblige. The hotel arranged a driver and car to take me to the airport. The driver knew one english word TIP, which he shouted at me when we got to the airport. The rooms were as nice as expected, and I got some work done in my room instead of by the pool, but the overall experience was serious disappointment. I must say AVOID!

We stayed for four nights at the hotel and the stay was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The main highlight of our stay was the buffet breakfast and dinner - which was tastily prepared by Chef Mr.Thapa, the taste was great. More than the taste it was the sincerity and care with which the restaurant team served food for us Mr. Prajyoti, Souvik, Linda and Deepchand paid attention to details and made our experience pleasant. Their service standards are just outstanding for this class of hotel! Mr.Debabrata Mukherjee ensured that guests are involved in the Diwali celebrations at the hotel! Mr.Ghanshyam and his house keeping team especially Arif and Mr.Raju from the front office made our stay comfortable. The rooms are clean and staff are very friendly. Overall a very pleasant experience and we thank Fortune Park for that!

Hotel was pretty much as shown in the pictures, except smaller than I expected. Quite a busy area with many restaurants nearby. Area is being developed so may be better in the future. Check-in was not a good experience at all & it was so difficult to talk with the people at the reception counter. They claimed that we did not have a booking even when we already showed our voucher from this website. Check-in was a long process, good thing we were the only ones there! They also claimed that our colleague did not have a booking. Answers are always negative! It was always difficult talking with the people at the reception for whatever requests we would have. But servers from the restaurant were more accommodating. Check-out was also a long process & the person doing the check-out even wanted to charge us for our breakfast that morning (, claiming that their system was having problems so we had to pay & had to pay in cash. It took a lot of time before they finally finished checking us out. I would probably look for other options should I ever go back to India.
