Both my husband and I are elderly, using canes to get walk. We found the breakfast staff very helpful, they asked if they could bring anything to our table, ie hot drinks. The front desk arranged a taxis to and from the airport, making sure we had assistance at the airport. The cleaning staff were also very polite and efficient. Thank you Hilton for making our short break very pleasant..

Had to stay a night in amsterdam and the Hilton Group did an amazing job as usual. Cant tell anything about the breakfast in COVID times, had to leave early. But they were well prepared, room and public areas spotless clean . Only parking was a bit expensive , but that's amsterdam...

Great location”
We stayed here to see Cirque Du Soleli just behind the Ajaz staduim. The hotel is a great location for that, and next to the Arena station. So 20 mins into Amsterdam Central. What i would say is that whilst the hotel offers a free buffet breakfast, on Sunday, we arrived at 9:30 to a mass of guests fighting for food and cutlery. The hotel really needs to improve this. There are also not enought tables and chairs for guests for breakfast, and many people where sitting at the bar using bar stalls, or standing. This is the only bad point about this hotel. There is also no resturant, but a couple in close vicinity. Be aware that after 10pm they all close and the place is like a ghost town!

Clean and great location out of main shopping area”
We had no regrets staying at Hampton Bijlmer twice. It's located next to the Bijlmer ArenA station which has a direct train to/from Schiphol Airport for about €4.20 per person. I think it took less than 20 minutes from Schiphol by train. We didn't realise it until later that it was very near the Ajax stadium. Both our rooms were facing the it and the place was quiet both day and night. The room was of a good size such that we could place and open 2 big luggages on the floor and still have room to walk around the room. The bed was comfy but we didn't like the very soft pillows. There was a kettle in the room but no mini-chiller though. The TV is equipped with numerous channels. Bathroom was clean and had soaps. Breakfast was adequate and there were 2 waffle makers that you can use to make waffles on your own. There were 2 barista machines for your coffees. Some breads, cheeses and meats. Staff were really friendly! Halal food and shopping can be found around the hotel area.

The hotel is situated very close to Amsterdam Biljmer Arena station, just a few second walk. Excellent location and to go to city center just 15 minute by metro. Nice staffs. Comfortable room with all basic needs. Excellent wifi connection. Nice breakfast. Overalls worth value of money

Nicely located and clean”
Excellent value for money. Location, the hotel is right opposite the Ajax football stadium, with restaurants and shops around and the train from the airport is less than 20 min. Next day we checked out and took the metro to Amsterdam city, which took 15 min. We left our suitcases at the station as there were plenty of paid lockers, and went around town for few hours. breakfast was also very good, we were spoilt of choices. Room were clean and spacious, staff very friendly. Will be more than happy to stay again next time I'm in Amsterdam.

Very convenient location”
I and my friends had a very nice stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient to ArenA, less than 2 mins walk, for AMF2014. The rooms are comfy, clean and in good size. The breakfast is acceptable. The staffs are very friendly. However, it was more like a dead town on Sunday but the restaurants and shops are open.

The price is generally lower than other hotel in amsterdam. Take 20 mins train from central to the hotel, but it just next to hotel. Location is not the big problem. Food is good, better than many hotel.

this hotel is comfortable and check in is fast & efficient. try to wake up earlier for buffet breakfast to avoid crowds. breakfast is good standard. there's a nice Chinese restaurant nearby with decent food and price is cheap. will recommend this hotel for everyone coming to Amsterdam.

Value For $ ”
We like the hotel because it is next to the train and bus station. Around this hotel, there are plenty eateries, like fast food, restaurant or Chinese food and department stores too. It's so convenient! The hotel even provides complimentary refreshment which we find them special. Staff were friendly and helpful. Its a 3 star hotel, and do note you have to bring your own toothbrush and tooth paste. Towels are provided of course. Nevertheless, we still highly recommend this hotel for the price and value for $$$.

Location was in the business district of Amsterdam, so there wasn't much to do, unless you are going for a concert at the Heineken Music Hall or for football at the Amsterdam Arena. Comfortable intially, but was very disappointed that the room central heating was faulty, which was uncalled for for a business hotel that was recently opened.

Excellent service and food”
The hotel offers great service. The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. The first time entering the room, we didn’t like the sound when we turned on the air con for heating, but after 30 minutes, we turned it off and it was quiet and the room temperature was ok for the whole night. Breakfast was excellent ! Overall, we are happy with this hotel and highly recommend it to families and friends.
