Loved our stay here. was with my wife and 5-month old, we loved the ambience of the resort. Overall resort is one the cleanest I've seen, and is very calm and serene. The food is wonderful and the staff eager to help and always smiling! Will definitely stay again!!

good place to relax with some pros and cons”
Pros: Awesome property with lot of greenery...it looks like a complete city inside... although located in between manesar industrial area but when you are inside it you can feel its complete cutdown from outside mess... organic farming inside is awesome...dividing 25 rooms into single cluster which looks like a cathedal...you will feel special in this area...kids playing area is very good...rooms are good and perfectly cleaned...room service was quick and awesome...staff was very friendly...night view of this resort looks awesome...pool area view is very good and very spacious to relax...special thanks to head chef there to take special care of my kids choices during breakfast... Cons: Food was average...not so much variety in dinner buffet as per 5 star standards... buffet area was small...food quality was not up to mark...i might se biased but i am explaining what i felt... bathroom showers were not thermostat controlled...water gets very hot when you decreases its flow... expecting thermostat controlled showers... sanitization was only at gate...inside room there were no sanitizers and not much precaution was taken care of... not seen any sanitization team inside premises...kids area was not sanitized on timely basis...no desk or chair or table was sanitized on timely basis at reception or restaurant or anywhere else

Comfortable stay for family ”
I was hesitant at first because of my son who is only 1 year old and has difficulty in adjusting to new environment but the resort provides all kind of facilities g r children of all age group. The playzone in Utsav 4 was very nice and my son enjoyed very much.

Very nice property with good facilities. The staff is very courteous and delicious food. The only suggestion is that the indoor games and kids area could be connected better (may be through an elevator), so that senior citizens do not have to take so many stairs.

I have already given the stars so let's talk about the stuff that I liked and the one that can be improved. Like - Almost everything Improvement - If greenery is the prime USP of the resort, then Heritage could do more to stop or reduce the infestation of mosquitoes near the park. In the room or around it is fine but near the pool, it should be dealt with thoroughly.

Good but expensive”
It is located in Manesar ,very near to Gurugram. Booked for 2 days,spent almost 25k. Room was not very spacious but it was neat and clean. Interiors,lighting and AC in room was very good. They have multiple activities on weekend like drawing session,organic farming session for kids in the noon and live music bollywood & folk both at evening tea time.They have a small play zone for kids too.U can leave the kids there. Indoor games like snooker, table tennis and yoga session in morning.Breakfast and dinner which was very tasty and lots of variety.Nice swimming pool. On my request they arranged a small free cake for my husbands bday.All this was included .no extra charges . It was expensive for 2days but
