My wife and I enjoyed a memorable few days at the hotel which was - for us - ideally located at a (walkable) distance from the busy, noisy heart of town in the really stunning Georgian Quarter, opposite the Liverpool Philharmonia, and on the same block as a couple of great coffee / brunch venues (recommended by the hotel staff). The room was spacious, stylish and comfortable, as was the main hotel; the staff friendly, helpful and welcoming. We also enjoyed fabulous fine dining in the Hotel restaurant. All in all, a terrific choice for us. We will be back.
We really enjoyed for the first Liverpool visit and stayed Hope St Hotel though we were rather disappointed the breakfast because not enough variety of bread(should include Siam sourdough bread)or fruit ,, green salads was not fresh, lack of hygiene of breakfast counter where the foods were served and displayed. Need to be improved. Other than that bed was very comfortable and enough space for the room. Staff are very professional and friendly👍😊

Location of the hotel was good, close to the train station, pubs, cafes and restaurants. Room was nice, bed comfortable and bathroom spacious. The London Carriage Works served up some very good food and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back again!

“Worst sleep iv had in years ”
Bed was very uncomfortable and there’s not enough sound insulation in the rooms. We felt like we were in student accommodation as you can hear EVERYTHING in the corridor as if the noises are coming from inside of the room. We were at the very end of the corridor so there wasn’t even traffic passing by. The room was also very stuffy and in all honesty I was just waiting for the night to pass thinking how I wish I was in my own bed at home. The rest of the stay was gorgeous. The bar is beautiful, the spa is stunning and the staff are wonderful. I would come again but I would never stay over night.
