Hotel refused My online banking and didn't refund me

simple hotel with minimum facilities”

hotel goodluck, basically near to airport in a town call mahipalpur. rooms were big enough. not all rooms had fridge in there. no water kettle and tea/coffee. toilets no mirror and no cloth hangers. room service can be annoying at sometimes. they dont clean ur rooms everyday and bedsheets dont seems to be changed at all even when the previous guest left. call for food and be prepared to wait. sometimes you need to give some reminders. wifi is hopeless. only good at lobby. bear in mind, when u go in for the first time, rooms may look neat. but not clean. dust everywhere from top to bottom. good restaurants in the area but the roads are just terrible. smell of sewage everywhere. other than that, it can be a good stay if you just need room to sleep.

Very dirty district, scary street near hotel. Breakfast awful - 4 piece of bread and cup of tea. Rooms are very cold. My opinion - never buy hotels like this!

Horrible ”

I bought the stay looking at pictures on the website. I got carried away looking at white clean sheet n clean hotel in the picture but it was a nightmare. On arrival at hotel, I was given a room with white sheet n white towel which had turned black. Worse than an animal stay. I saw couple of rooms n all were the same.I told the manager that I am senisitive to dirty n dusty enviornment. I showed the dirty room to the manager. I didn't want to stay there but i was nt offered a solution. I requested for clean sheets n pillow cover. They changed the sheets but they didn't have the pillow cover n I used the same pillow, morning my eyes were swollen n extremely painful, my function went for a toss, on arrival back to mumbai, I was hospitalised, n doctors told eye glands are infected due to dirty eniornment n I might rhave to go through the surgery. I am stilll sick n extremely dissapointed.

Hotel q se anuncia como renovado en el 2010...??? La renovación debió ser el cambio de una bombilla, por que en lo demás parece q no le hayan pasado una mopa desde que la India se hizo independiente. Toallas en el suelo y con restos de cosas marrones, desayuno servido en la recepción del hotel. Sabanas algo mas que sucias. Para nada vale lo q se paga. En una zona q esta plagada de hoteles, seguro q hay muchas mejores alternativas. Sin ninguna duda NO lo repetiria

Cheguei no Hotel a meia-noite e 45 minutos após uma viagem de avião Duas pessoas na recepção do Hotel afirmaram-me NÃO TER RECEBIDO QUALQUER RESERVA - embora pude mostrar-lhes o e-mail de AGODA confirmando a reserva. Foi necessa´rio PAGAR DE NOVO para poder ficar no hotel - acedi a este pedido dado a hora avançada. Nenhum recibo me foi dado deste 2º pagamento (1200 r.) Foi me dito depois que o hotel estava FECHADO e que um novo hotel o "Good Luck House" iria providenciar o quarto que acabava de pagar. Foi preciso ir a pé ( 1:00 da madrugada) até ao outro hotel - o qual estava em construção. (5 minutos a pé entre os dois hoteis, em ruazinhas escuras e poeirentas) Neste Hotel em construcção, os quartos acabados estavam no 4º andar sem elevador. Não havia água no quarto, nem chaleira ( embora me tinham dito que sim na recepção do Good Luck) . Tinha terrivelmente sede. A porta do quarto não fechava ( porta nova cuja fechadura não tinha sido ainda ajustada). Muito pó. Santa Paciência!

酒店很差，不推荐住。酒店的被子和枕头不干净，有明显的脏的污点，被子和枕头都很臭，明显是别人睡过了，整里一下又给下一下客户睡。酒店有个房间的空调很大声，吵到开了空调，关了门在走廊上都可以听到空调的吵声，后来我们要求酒店换了一个房间。酒店浴室的水很小，没办法洗澡，马桶很不干净，浴室很脏。免费wifi只有一楼大堂才有，客房是没有wifi的。酒店内有蚊子和蟑螂。以上描诉不是特例，我们订了两间房都是这样。还看了几个没有人住的空房间都是这样脏。
