Worst place, incompetent staff”

When u arrived I was not given any room at the place where we booked, we were moved to a different hotel and that place was worst than railway platform, I would prefer staying in railway waiting room than this place, all rooms are falling apart, starting from door lock to bathroom faucet everything was broken or not working. Person at reception was rude and dong on money for anything you ask for, Iean if you say bathroom taps are not working, he would say we will give you a romm with working amenities if you pay more.

Wifi not working, TV not disconnected, Geyser not disconnected as it's a non-ac room and both have the same connection, Non-AC smoking room without windows or ventilation, bathroom - don't want to talk about it.
