I had stayed here almost 3 times there is no change at all. Overall stay was pathetic I stayed here with my partner since the time we checked in room was in bed condition. Washroom was Already used. There were Spots in quilt and bed sheets. It was our first night out and luckily it was heavy snowfall when we checked in there was no heater at all we asked for it then they give us the bad one it wasn’t working. I think there is no lack of communication with staff it’s all about management they can make it possible like the rating has shown in Booking.com Food was worse than ever. No taste at all. I felt like I had boiling water.
