Great location and comfortable stay”
Our experience at the hotel was very good. It's location is perfect if you want to explore Delhi. Metro gate is right in front of the hotel and you can take a metro in under 5 mins. There are plenty of autos available in the area as well, so you can easily move around the city. The area itself is beautiful and very vibrant. If you are short of time, like we were, and don't want to make things hectic, you can decide to just go down for a stroll and get that proper Delhi vibe. Room was very cozy, a bit small, but sufficient for a couple. The food at the restaurant inside the hotel is amazing, they also serve complimentary breakfast which was an added benefit. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, and we would definitely suggest others to check this hotel out.

Old upscale hotel in a supreme location”
First of all, the location. Right in the area of action, this hotel is bang in the middle of Connaught Place, with the Rajiv Chowk metro station at a 30m distance. Rooms were on the smaller side, but had all the amenities one can expect from a hotel in this budget. Breakfast served every morning was sumptuous and hearty. The restaurant Zaffran is highly rated and serves lipsmacking North Indian food. The staff is friendly; the property though small, has an old world charm about it. I will highly recommend this hotel.

Exceptional”
Very small but comfortable room. Very comfortable bed, pillows and nice linens. No view to speak of, barking dogs and music at night. If you want a quiet room, it will be an interior room without a window but probably worth it. Very nice breakfast. The attached restaurant “Zaffran” was excellent.

Hotel Palace Heights was a fantastic place to stay in Delhi with well equipped, clean rooms. The breakfast was delicious every morning. Shoutout to Ajay and Chaman at breakfast for their wonderful hospitality and suggesting daily specials to try each morning. The location in Connaught Place was very convenient with many restaurants, shops, and the metro in close walking distance.

As a solo traveler and first time in Delhi, I chose this hotel due to the location. It is safe to walk around with many restaurants, bars and stores (H&M, Uniqlo, etc). The metro stop Is just next door! The hotel has 24/7 reception which was important as I arrived late and they have a security guard. The room is good but basic, my sheets had a few staines but looked clean. It can be a bit loud from the restaurant/people in the hallway so I suggest earplugs. Price/value might be a bit too expensive but there aren’t many other hotels in the neighborhood and I have to I truly believe it is the perfect location to explore the city - Sandwiched in between old and New Delhi. I had breakfast once there and the potato paratha was nice.

Great location and very good restaurant”
This was the second time I stayed here. The location is central and very close to the metro. The hotel is very clean and the staff are extremely helpful. The restaurant Zaffran is excellent and I have been to it each time I have visited Delhi.

Great choice at the heart of Delhi ”
The hotel is situated exactly at the heart of Delhi. Very well connected by Delhi metro, national railways etc. There are lots of options for food too if someone doesn't want to eat at the hotel's own restaurant. Even though it's on the busy street, the hotel accomodated my request to have a quite room, which I liked a lot. It will be my first choice if I visit Delhi again.

Good location very close to 2 metro stations and lots of shops/eateries. Not spotless, but quite clean. Hot water, bottled water and toiletries provided (though they could have given more soap). Breakfast was fair, though sometimes the staff forgot multiple requested items or did not refill the juices. Front desk staff were polite.

Best Location and Good Food”
The location was in the middle of connaught place and the food was food. Though a little expensive it is. But they provided us with early check in at 6 am so we are happy with that. Overall i would rate 4/5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️
