On viewinng the discount offered by agoda the manager and the hotel staff gave very ok room.They did not provide any amemeties like towel, soap or bucket. You have to ask them every time and the staff behaved like we are staying for free. Very rude behaviour. Will not recommend this hotel.

Different hotel and totally smelly room was provided ”
Cheap and diff hotel was provided when I entered the property they took me to different hotel saying rooms aren't available. In another hotel no staff was there no kitchen no lifts smelly room no support. when you ask for tea they will say it's not a time to have a tea .

Worst experience ever! Cheating with pictures”
Firstly guys please don't fall for this hotel. This hotel offers least price with great offers since they are very tricky people. When me and my husband went to checkin the hotel, they asked us to show the agoda booking details. Since I had already paid to Agoda they told me again please don't do like that because they won't get any profit. And their behaviour was also very not good to us. We asked them to show the rooms and they took us to an underground room. Oh my god! we were shocked to see such an unclean room with bad odour and bathrooms too were so bad. We didn't even stay in that room for 2 mins. We came back to the reception and said that we don't want the room. And also we asked them why they put different pictures in Agoda. So they said pictures will be like that, we cant offer you the same room with small price. We didn't stand too long and came out of the hotel and took another good hotel in Mahipalpur. So guys, especially if you are couple or with family never opt for this one. The area outside is also so messy and inside of a street. As I'm from the south of India I felt bad right from when I saw the location of the hotel. Just taking my time to review so that no one else falls in this trap. And thanks to Agoda, they had refunded my money back as I had paid through Agoda and not directly.

Deceiving”
This hotel goes with other names too(Melfort Hotel, Qualia Suites). We paid full before check in but stayed for a week only coz they transferred us to a cheaper hotel behind it. Probably coz we booked through Agoda for cheaper price. They said they need to fix something in the room were we staying. They can transfer us on the same hotel on another room but no they shifted us on a trash dirty hotel. I didn't say anything or complain coz we are surrounded by men who are shady so better just shut up and do as they say. We ordered room service and served food on dirty trays and plates. They charge 20% service fee for the room service and they're people are constantly asking for tip(these people probably don't understand what the service fee is for). Everytime we go out, they keep asking if we are checking out(like they can't wait for us to leave) We endured 14 days of stay in Mahipalpur but it was the worst we've had. India is the 5th country we travelled too and so far I've got no good experience. If you got extra money to spare, book other hotels along the road.

Pathetic ”
I went to the Hotel Hoxton Pride, as I already booked my room online. But I faced horrible experience of my life. Never had such kind of torture. First the hotel was avoiding me to check in, ignoring me quite a lot. They gave me a room, which was in very bad condition. I denied to take straight away. After that I tried their 3 rooms, all were pathetic. I took pictures also as evidence. They didn't give me any room at their hotel and then sent me to another, which was far dirtier than that. I am a traveller. Mostly stay at hotels. I have been booking my stay through Agoda. But this was the most horrible experience. The rooms were extremely dirty, no basic tap water and in flush. It was broken. I came after long overnight travelling and was sleepless and tired. I couldn't even freshen up. They tortured me for 2 hours. I had to leave the hotel before I checked in. I booked another one for the same price but far decent and better. Outside area is so pathetic too. The Hotel denied my refund. I was so much harassed by the hotel. Don't go there if you want to experience such things.

My experience with this hotel was worst 1. When we reached there hotel staff seemed rude and not coperative. 2. Lift in the hotel was not working and they chose to gave the room on 4th floor because we booked it online. 3. It looked like they didn't clean the washroom and bedsheet were also used. 4. They have shown parking in there facility which they don't have and we have to park our car just outside the hotel and in the morning we found a proper dent on the roof of the car. I asked for checking the video of the camera for which they told that camera is not working. 5. Location is not good you can easily find better hotel at the same price on main road.

Me and my family reached this hotel. Receptionist denied to provide room and said they will not provide room in such rates you booked in online. Said get out. Said they will not provide room and not return money. Agoda will return your money. Even gali no 3 where this hotel is situated is famous for illegal activities. If you want to be safe please don't visit. They are criminals.

I booked this hotel using my agoda account and paid using credit card. I had a talk with the receptionist on phone before going to the hotel for check in. On arrival the hotel owner denied the entry and said I don't have any account on Agoda. This booking is fake. So I sincerely suggest you not to book this hotel.

Very dirty hotel room.not recommended for any one.ony image of hotel room are looking attractive but reality is different. Staff takes my mobile and gives 5 star rating without my permission. I was shocked when I saw rating of this hotel from my phone. Immediately I edited that review and gives 1 star.

The hotel is nice for one person who travels solo. Because on the day i went there is water issue and TV also not working. And nearby local roads are small so that traffic is so much. And drainage problem is there near that hotel so that foul smell is coming.

Brkfst was horrible, don’t even thing of opting for food options. Room service isn’t good, room was pathetic initially but as I had longer stay, next day they changed the room to a bit better version. We need to ask for basic cleanliness like good bed sheets and linen. Nothing comes as default and that was disappointing. Again staff is so stubborn that they don’t offer any flexibility on a day early checkout. Better to book for less days if you are not sure about total stay or need flexibility.
