Good value for money for transit passengers”
pros: acceptable room for the price the staff was helpful and courteous - something which is very tough to find in ncr specially in hotels which caters to transit customers who are less likely to return cons: the room size is small. the toilets are poorly designed and the floors are always wet. the could not fix a choked toilet after complaining twice.

near airport hotel”
it was my first visit to delhi and the hotel was near airport, had one of the most laughable experience of life. i checked in a orund 22 hrs and ordered dinner and finished eating and as it was very cold 5 degrees. wanted coffee snd when the boy came with coffee the room would not be opened from inside, got scared a little but though tried continously we would not open the main door and had no other exit, however the hotel people brought the carpenter aroung mid night and he would not also open, at last they broke the lock and door with 3 people working hard for 2 hours..............but the staff was really good and calmed me alot.......

Nice location”
I loved the neighborhood, which has a village feel to it. Very local Delhi style. There was also a Vodafone shop nearby where I purchased a SIM card. If just passing through Delhi airport, then why venture further? I stayed two nights, and spent one day at Gurgaon for shopping, which is only a 15 minute tuktuk ride.

Affordable and clean”
This residency is a good choice if you want some place close to Delhi airport, which is also clean and quiet during the night (at least in one of the back side rooms; the rooms facing the street may be noisier, and surely there's no nice view to a stressed speedway). Staff is helpful although some may not speak english. Breakfast is regular. Some rooms do not have direct sun light.

A place for a overnight layover, nothing more”
We arrived the Delhi airport at 11PM and had a connecting flight out at 6:00 AM. It was too long to stay at the airport (not sure they would let you if you wanted, so we needed a place close to the airport. The airport hotels are all horrible, have inflated prices and have no incentive to improve because they have a captive audience. This hotel is one of the cheaper ones without feeling unsafe or picking up some strange illness. This hotel served what it needed to,a chance to try to sleep for a few hours without spending unnecessary money on another hotel that is just as bad. Be prepared to either sweat all night or shiver, there is no middle ground with the in-window AC. Only a bottom sheet and a worn blanket, that you may or may not choose to use, your call. With all this said, the gentleman running this place was very nice and helped make sure a taxi was waiting for us in the morning.

Everything great except the awful smelling a/c”
The front desk staff I found to be very friendly and helpful. The room's décor was very good for a 3* hotel and had obviously been recently updated, very clean and fresh. The food downstairs (Thali) was tasty, plentiful and reasonably priced. However, when I checked in, both the aircon and the ceiling fan were on. This, in retrospect, I realised was to cover up the fact that the a/c unit had not been serviced for quite some time, and smelled extremely musty and nasty. Since this was covered up (by the ceiling fan) on my arrival, I did not notice how bad it was until the morning. Don't let them check you into room unless the a/c unit has been cleaned, it could make you ill!

Due to a hiccup with airport pickup I got to the hotel on my own but the staff was very considerate and tried to keep my happy. I had to leave early in the morning and was given an early breakfast before the usual time.

Be warned there are two hotels in Delhi with exactly the same name!They are miles apart. Unfortunetly it was the wrong hotel which meant much wasted time, extra expense and general fustration.Be sure to tell the taxi driver next to the Radisson!

Good hotel with good support from staff”
nice and calm hotel. pool is not interesting for swimming but gym is okay. rooms are clean and well maintained and well equiped. access to internet by wi-fi though on additional costs. no clue if it is close to other centers for shopping or tourist attractions. i stayed here only for business reasons and therefore excellent for its purpose.

Was a good stay until we tried to check out at 4 am and the guys on the desk tried to scam us with payment price....they seem to struggle with calculating and counting change correctly....they must thing we are stupid....but it seem a common thing in Delhi if the can scam you they will try

Hotel in a convenient location ”
Best thing was the Hotel's location. Mahipalpur area, near IGI international airport is overcrowded with hotels, sometimes it is very difficult to find the hotel. Though there is a increase in the no. of hotels nearby IGI, the standards are far below the international standards. I wonder when there will be a standard 3 or 4 star hotel in this area. The deluxe room was small and dirty. The condition of the bathroom during my 1st night stay was terrible. The flash knob was broken. I didn't bother the room service, since I left very early morning next day. There is no proper room service. They have a good kitchen, their restaurant serve food that can par with the Delhi restaurants. There is no internet/WiFi in the rooms. Also need to walk up stairs up to 4th floor as there is no lift. Luckily hot water was there on the Bathroom taps. Overall it is just suitable to stay for stopover journey. The hotel taxi service is also overpriced. Better option is to take taxi from outside from the road.

Airport convenience”
I flew in to IG international airport from Dubai at 02.30, by the time we had cleared customs and then collected our luggage it was closer to 04.00. I took a local Black and Yellow cab, and was very surprised at the amount of traffic even at that early hour. In no time we were at the Hotel. They took all our passport and visa details and recorded them into a manual register. This obviously took some time. Eventually I was shown the room. Average size, clean enough, but at almost 5am, tired and grumpy, I just wanted to sleep. I was surprised at the 3 porters who insisted in carrying my bags the 20 meters to my room, something I could do myself, and then all three fussed around the room doing nothing in particular. Several times I had to ask them to leave so I could change and sleep. Perfect if you want somewhere close to the Airport, but more than a night would do my head in.

Average budget hotel. Don't have high expectations”
the hotel is very close to the airport, which is the biggest advantage. we needed a place to crash for 6 hrs between flights, and hence it seemed like a decent budget place. it is fine for such transit situations, but not have high expectations. remember - its a budget accomodation! the rooms and bathrooms are just about ok, not sparkling clean, but not dirty either. the rooms have air conditioning and a blanket is provided. however, there is no sheet provided under the blanket. so you use the same blanket that the previous traveller may have used. dental kit, shaving kit, soap and shampoo are provided in the room. breakfast is ok, and includes ample vegetarian stuff. recommend this place as a transit budget accomodation for a stop over between flights that lasts a few hours.

Friendly staff, ok room”
There is nothing remarkable about this hotel. When paying taxi staff removed all my luggage without me being aware of it. I prefer to be notified. All staff was respectful and helpful. Room was fairly small with a window without any special view. At times it was possible to smell the pollution from nearby heavy traffic. The cost of airport transport was quoted as 950 INR but not the 600 listed on agoda website. The metro station is about 15-20 minute walk, involves crossing some heavy traffic but costs much less than a taxi.

Stop over”
The hotel is conviniently located near the airport. It is small and not very quiet. The reception personel were very helpfull and there was no problems with them. We had preordered a extra bed to the room but it was almost impossible to get it through the floor staff. They tried to charge extra for the matress on the floor, not a bed, but in the end all worked out. The hotel is more a two star hotel but a very decent one for that class.

Not worth actually”
We stay there for day a night. We were three friends. We book a room for three people. And paid for room and paid extra bed for £13.52. But there was no any extra bed in room we asked for extra bed then they gave us dirty did not washed stain mattress. We spoke to hotel manger that on online booking no one mention abt mattress. Online booking option was extra bed no mattress manger said we can't give extra bed that's only we give mattress as extra bed. And mattress was also very dirty. Room lock latch was fixed in side out any one can enter in the room. Shower curtain was broken and toilet seat lid was moving.bucket and bath stool were stained and dirty. One soap for three person single towel and no bath Mat in shower. We reject dirty mattress. But end of day they did not ask for return money or any one asked abt problem. On line booking we paid three time more. We asked abt price for single night it was third of what I paid.

Facilities are pathetic”
Pros: 1. Rooms are clean. Hotel is clean Cons: 1. Bathrooms are horrible. Taps don't work properly. 2. Even though it is winter, hot water supplied are hardly lukewarm. Better you don't take bath unless absolutely necessary. 3. I stayed for three days. They say they give complimentary water only for first day. They billed me for rest of the days. 4. Breakfast: it is very very Limited range. Two to three. If you don't like then take some where else. Seen some foreigners, walking away after looking at the food.
