I stayed here for 2 nights and was pleasantly surprised. Room was quiet modern, clean. Bed was comfy. Only thing missing was a kettle and coffee. However breakfast was included in the room rate (very good value for money) so I wasn't bothered. Staff were polite and friendly. Very central location to Buchanan galleries and only 7 mins walk from Glasgow Queen St. Wou...

good stay. we go to this hotel quite a lot when in Glasgow to see shows whether sec or kings theatre or Pavilion as we don't mind walking from Buchanan bus station to hotel or from hotel to venues apart from sec which we get the train from central station which is not far. but for people that aren't able to walk far the buses are frequent and cheap or there's always pl...

Hotel location is perfect for travelers arriving at Central Station. However, staying in a room adjacent to it is not unless you want to hear PA announcements of train track numbers all day until 11 pm when it mercifully stops. Also, one day our room was not cleaned and it really became problematic trying to get a plunger to unclog a toilet. Around 7 pm I made two cal...

stayed for one night on the weekend, the hotel location is very nice, bus stops just at the back side of the hotel, the hop on hop off bus is also stops there. the room is nice, free cookies upon check in is also nice gesture. it's about 5 mins walk to the shops and restaurants area, and if you consider subway, about 5-7 mins walk to buchanan street subway. breakfast i...

Buchanan Street, George Square, subway, etc. very close to this place. And finally, the staff are very helpful. * If u are Indian and want to have Indian food, this the best place to stay. 5-6 Resta...

Staff were excellent, couldn't do more for us and were friendly and approachable. Asked for ice for the room and it was delivered as quick as possible, maybe around 5 min later. The spa was great add on to the hotel stay wish it was free all day for hotel guests not just 6-9 but great quality. Bed was super comfy and the bathroom was great as it had a really good shower...

Room is basic, but super cozy and spacious. I got an 8th floor room with a window with a city view. Hotel is about 10 minutes walk from Glasgow Central station, with supermarkets, convenience stores and St Enoch/ Buchanan St subway station nearby. Wi-fi is free up to 30 minutes. If you want more surfing, you'd have to pay 3 GBP for 24 hours access. Also, the soap in t...

with cool bar and brasserie. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and nice complimentary products. 10 minute walk to city centre (Buchanan St, George Square, ...). 25% discount on secure parking nearby. We'd definitely stay here again when visiting Glasgow.

This was our last stop on a 3 week trip around Ireland and Scotland. We stayed in chain hotels, non-chain, inns and B&Bs and this was, by far, the best accommodation we stayed in. So clean. Great location. Awesome breakfast. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The only con was parking... VERY expensive even with the discount.

I'm from country that a 4 stars hotel will give you better service than most europe will give. When we arrive, the only receptionist not even move to helo us tp open the door, we arrive with few huge luggages in freezing weather. Thank you. Hospitality? Dissapointed, clean? Yes. Room was ok, it's quite nice actually. That's all.

I have to say, when i arrived, i felt a little disappointed, as the en suite was a little shabby. Mould stains on the roof, a crack in the roof and sloppy repairs to the mosiac style tyles. The shower cubicle was not the best either...as it was small, and when the shower was on, the shower curtain was doing that thing, where it kept wanting to stick to me, and i didnt ...

Me and my partner had a very pleasant stay at IBIS. The hotel is located within minutes of Glasgow Centre, with many bars/restaurants around. Train station around the corner, bus to the airport 5 min walk. Staff at the front dest was great, up for a chat, and despite working during christmast they still smiled. The best part of the room service was that, despite the fa...

1st floor room was allocated only downside was the room was like an oven even when thermostat was turned off and the air con wasn’t working , had to sleep with the window slightly open downside was the wind noise as the first floor rooms to the front of the hotel seem to be in a wind tunnel plus the traffic noise , due to having to sleep with the window open so overal...

This Ibis is the best one we have ever stayed in the World. Location is perfect as St. Enoch Centre, Prince Square Shopping Centre and Glasgow Central Station are nearby. If you wish to join day tour to Loch Ness, the pick-up point shall be near George Square and it will only take you less than 10min. to get there. For the room itself, the room size is good enough for ...

Had a good stay to go and explore central Glasgo and hit the shops on Buchanan Street whilst not being too noisy or in the mix f the crazy nightlife. Rooms are clean and bright with that Indigo touch. Corridors a bit boring and the breakfast was okay - but perfect for a one or two nighter in town.
