We arrived there at 2PM, check in time, and the front desk was undermanned -- too many people checking in and very few receptionists. We emailed the hotel for hotel pickup a week earlier and early check in but they never even replied. Once we finally got to talk to a receptionist, we were asked to go back at 3PM since our room was not yet ready. We had a 20hr flight, a...

This hotel is situated in a street behind Ingram Street and The Corinthian Club. Ideally situated if you require to be in the city centre. The hotel is in an old building with character. Staff were excellent, couldn't do more for us and were friendly and approachable. Asked for ice for the room and it was delivered as quick as possible, maybe around 5 min later. The spa was great add on to the hotel stay wish it was free all day for hotel guests not just 6-9 but great quality. with cool bar and brasserie. Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and nice complimentary products. 10 minute walk to city centre (Buchanan St, George Square, ...). 25% discount on secure parking nearby. We'd definitely stay here again when visiting Glasgow.

This was our last stop on a 3 week trip around Ireland and Scotland. We stayed in chain hotels, non-chain, inns and B&Bs and this was, by far, the best accommodation we stayed in. So clean. Great location. Awesome breakfast. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The only con was parking... VERY expensive even with the discount.

I'm from country that a 4 stars hotel will give you better service than most europe will give. When we arrive, the only receptionist not even move to helo us tp open the door, we arrive with few huge luggages in freezing weather. Thank you. Hospitality? Dissapointed, clean? Yes. Room was ok, it's quite nice actually. That's all.

I have to say, when i arrived, i felt a little disappointed, as the en suite was a little shabby. Mould stains on the roof, a crack in the roof and sloppy repairs to the mosiac style tyles. The shower cubicle was not the best either...as it was small, and when the shower was on, the shower curtain was doing that thing, where it kept wanting to stick to me, and i didnt ...

Had a good stay to go and explore central Glasgo and hit the shops on Buchanan Street whilst not being too noisy or in the mix f the crazy nightlife. Rooms are clean and bright with that Indigo touch. Corridors a bit boring and the breakfast was okay - but perfect for a one or two nighter in town.
