He helped us resolved our request for a room change. Although it took quite a while to resolve it, we greatly appreciated his effort in trying his best to accommodate our request for a double bed for a very personal reason. I have had my fair share of stays in India, country inn marriot in gurgaon, Radisson Blu new delhi paschim vihar, fairmont in Jaipur, trident in Udaipur, Ranbanka palace in Jodhpur, as well as attending a wedding in Trident Gurgaon, I would say that this one is up to "international" standards. Most of the hotels outside of Delhi, though ranked as a 5 star, do not have ...I have had my fair share of stays in India, country inn marriot in gurgaon, Radisson Blu new delhi paschim vihar, fairmont in Jaipur, trident in Udaipur, Ranbanka palace in Jodhpur, as well as attending a wedding in Trident Gurgaon, I would say that this one is up to "international" standards. Most of the hotels outside of Delhi, though ranked as a 5 star, do not have staff that are competent enough to be considered as 5 star hotel stafffs. I understand this might be a cultural thing, but besides from trident Gurgaon and this hotel, none of the staffs were able to immediately understand our questions / requests, and provide relevant solutions or help. The buffet lounge was operated very well. Staff were attentive and constantly cleaning up plates, as oppose to some hotels having staff just walking around not really doing anything and dishes are piling up at tables. The only downside would be that it is a bit distant from most of the sightseeing spots within delhi city, and from the vibe of the hotel you can tell they mostly host business travelers, but then again it explains the efficiency of service provided by the hotel. I would love to stay at this hotel again if ever returning back to Delhi.

I am a frequent traveler. I was in Delhi only for 1 night for a business meeting with a morning flight out. I stayed at Hotel Classic Diplomat because of the reviews and free shuttle to the airport. (I hate arguing with taxi hacks). This was absolutely the best experience I have had at any budget airport hotel in any city in more than 30 countries I have visited. I ...I am a frequent traveler. I cannot give a high enough recommendation of this hotel for a quick overnight stay. I saw no reason to spend for the 4 or 5 star hotel I usually stay in, and I am happy I made that decision.

Staff were disappointing. We emailed and called reservations team from foreign country so many times to book a promotional package and we couldn't book this via there official website. The reservations team simply couldn't put our request through and once the reply from Pride Plaza wouldn't come we would give them a call from our end only to be disappointed with their ...Staff were disappointing. (They used to read me my email last sent to them to say they have written to me to the extend I was asked for credit card details to book the rooms without confirming my request or outlining what it is that they will provide) So in the end we booked for a night via agoda and stayed there. They lost business as we intended to stay there more than one night. The hotel is good but only if you are able to get your reservation right. Communication is an issue with hotels in India but I simply don't accept a hotel of this size in aerocity to treat guests and potential guests as such.

The hotel was nice and close to the airport and offered a very reasonable and reliable airport transfer service. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, a little shabby around the edges, but it was very clean. Breakfast was very good with lots of different options. We were disappointed to discover that there was no bar, we just assumed there would be as we stayed in another sarovar hotel with several bars, perhaps we should have checked this because it was never advertised as having a bar.

This hotel is great! Clean, well maintained, lovely staff, beautiful and comfortable rooms, and very conveniently located near the airport. This is my second time staying at this hotel and both times have been stellar. First time I came with 2 other friends for a quick stay between connections in India. This time I arrived as a solo female traveler and am staying 2 nights, departing at 4am of the second morning for my international flight. I arranged for a car pick up from the airport upon arrival, and was greeted immediately out the gate by a Red Fox sign with my name on it. Last time when I came with 2 friends we took a prepaid taxi from the airport together. The prepaid taxi from airport is about 1/2 the cost (+/-300 rupees), but being solo and arriving at night, I chose to pre-arrange for a hotel car pick up instead (+/-600 rupees). ALL the hotel staff are gracious , friendly, hospitable and very helpful. There is a nice cafe in the hotel which seems to have an ongoing buffet at all hours. The dining staff are also very sweet and happy to chat up a solo traveler dining alone. Mona Lisa and Yashpul were my kind servers today. Last night I had another young man server who was also very kind, but I did not catch his name. I highly recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay in New Delhi.

The New Delhi Airport Holiday Inn exceeded expectations. It's more of a 4+ star hotel with great amenities, beautiful rooms with good sound insulation. A big thumbs up for the fully stocked mini-fridge and snacks. The signature toiletries are generous and smell great. The best part was the buffet breakfast in the restaurant - perhaps the largest selection of break...The New Delhi Airport Holiday Inn exceeded expectations. The hotel has great environment and beautiful decoration. We feel safe with great serviced staff. The room is clean. Very convenient as few minutes from the luxury shopping mall (The Emporio) and 15 mins from the international airport. The Muse is a very tidy hotel with very polite and helpful staff. Rooms are more 4 star than the 3 stars the hotel is rated. Free wifi. There's a great pool that is kept clean and was used a lot while I stayed there. The restaurant has an excellent buffet selection for all meals, A la Carte is also available and they have an excellent room service menu. I was told they are getting a new licence so worth checking before you book if you are wanting a cold beer or wine at the end of the day. Large banquet/conference rooms as well which makes the proximity to the airport useful. All in all a comfortable stay, no problems at all. I would happily return here in the future.

I had an early morning flight and when I woke up I discovered there was no coffee or creamer in the coffee service in the room. Overall the facilities are in a great spot for airport access and it is quite well presented as a...I went to the restaurant and tried to order Spaghetti with Meat Sauce. Not Available. Overall the facilities are in a great spot for airport access and it is quite well presented as a 4 star hotel. I didn't have what I wanted for dinner and I had to leave before breakfast without even coffee. I mentioned the lack of coffee and the reception did not offer to get me a coffee while I was waiting for my taxi.

The Hotel has been a colossus since times when there was no Aero city and this was the only hotel in the vicinity ...Radisson came much later ... The hotel is good the old staff was very very courteous ..the Snacks and the Breakfast was good ...the Swimming Pool was getting a through clean up on our second Day ,new water was being pumped in after a strong cleaning ...The Hotel has been a colossus since times when there was no Aero city and this was the only hotel in the vicinity ...Radisson came much later ... The exit gate was not functional ..entry and exit was happening from the entry gate ...there were no marks or sign ages to the property . The carpets were torn and old ...one of the executives on the reception desk was Rude ....ill mannered . But all said and done ..95 % staff was very good . they were trying to maintain the standards .we got a good room with the view of the pool . The Staff was good , there was credit card acceptability at the reception and they do have a website ...

Orana is always my first choice during my Delhi transits. It's location is ideal being very close in proximity to the airport and the popular Ambiance Mall. Check in and check out is always a quick and easy process. The entire property, inside and outside is a wonderful relaxed atmosphere outside of the traffic and chaos of the central city. I was given three different Agoda bookings and numbers for this Delhi hotel over three days, each seeing the price get higher ... maybe because it was done shortly after a previous cancellation inRishikesh, where Agoda quickly arranged for a refund. When finLly arrived after a 9 hour drive, it took Nother 45 minutes to be booked because they did not get any if the prev...I was given three different Agoda bookings and numbers for this Delhi hotel over three days, each seeing the price get higher ... maybe because it was done shortly after a previous cancellation inRishikesh, where Agoda quickly arranged for a refund. When finLly arrived after a 9 hour drive, it took Nother 45 minutes to be booked because they did not get any if the previous confirmations, but a 4th one was quickly assigned (again at a an escalatingly higher rate than previous) and the Manager Mr Bath sold us on the Executive Lounge special which included a lot (plus free escort to the airport) and, athough a little more costly than planned, we were set for a luxurious evening and breakfast which would certainly compete with the best and most expensive 5 stars anywhere. One note: my allergy to feathers and down had me call them to replace them with inorganics. In the process the staff they sent would not listen and insisted on aggressively compressing every individual pillow as well as the comforter, releasing every allergen into the air, making the room useless for two hours and requiring us to steam the room by running the hot shower before it could be enjoyed .. Oh well, with more than 40 bookings through the wonderful Agoda service, one must expect at least ones it two crazy encounters and write them off as a comedy of errors. The amazing buffet breakfast (truly) and comfortable car to the airport ensured any aggravations were assuaged.

The Pullman is a very chic and modern hotel with lots of amenities and very close proximity to terminal 3 at the Indira Gandhi International Airport, making it very convenient for Emirates commuter. The rooms are absolutely marvelous with a very luxurious bathroom and a heavenly bed. The breakfast (inclusive) is phenomenal and service is awesome. A special Thanks to Na...The Pullman is a very chic and modern hotel with lots of amenities and very close proximity to terminal 3 at the Indira Gandhi International Airport, making it very convenient for Emirates commuter. The rooms are absolutely marvelous with a very luxurious bathroom and a heavenly bed. The breakfast (inclusive) is phenomenal and service is awesome. A special Thanks to Narendra Shivare for outstanding service. This is a newly built hotel and I highly recommend it when visiting New Delhi. I would give this hotel a 7 star!!

I want to say thanks for the counter stuff (.I was too embarrassed so forget to ask his name) I was leaving 9 PM on 4 April. I was booking Uber to airport that they cannot except credit card . But I don‘t have enough cash ,so the the counter stuff gave me 10 Rs. and help me to book Uber. It’s not a big money but really help me a lot. i stayed for one night before heading to Chandigarh.. the hotel is near airport which i paid rbs 250 by taxi. but the hotel charge rbs1000 plus tax. staffs are nice n helpful.. soft bed linens n soft towels. yet i have requested a non-smoking room but they are not able to accommodate. i spent a night in bad smell. also some litters left bebind by previous guest w...i stayed for one night before heading to Chandigarh.. the hotel is near airport which i paid rbs 250 by taxi. but the hotel charge rbs1000 plus tax. staffs are nice n helpful.. soft bed linens n soft towels. yet i have requested a non-smoking room but they are not able to accommodate. i spent a night in bad smell. also some litters left bebind by previous guest was still on carpet which it shouldn't happen in a five star hotel. overall the stay was nice.
