This has been an amazing 4 day stay at Roseate House. Best hotel stay ever, it felt like a stay in a resort. You can see from the very beginning that there is a theme behind the concept of the hotel. The design of the rooms and common areas are exactly at the pictures show it. It is very close to the airport and it is especially quiet. Practically no city noise at all. From the moment you step in, you are greeted by super friendly staff and engulfed in a mesmerizing Jasmine scent. I arrived around 3:30am and the staff was very attentive and did the check-in in my own room. The rooms are extremely comfortable and super clean. The amenities (infinity pool on 6th floor and the spa are great plus). I would like to thank in particular to Vinay who went beyond my expectations and made sure I get a breakfast package for my trip to Agra. Also to Radna, the restaurant hostess for being such a lovely presence every morning. I hope I can return.

We stayed here from Sept 19 to 23, 2018 and liked this hotel very much. The hotel is located in a busy area, with all the traffic but you can be assured of getting a good night’s sleep. Hotel Room/Hotel Staff Our room and bathroom were very clean. Staff from bell desk to housekeeping, restaurant and security were very friendly and helpful. The front office staff were nice particularly Mr Amit Burman. He helped us resolved our request for a room change. Although it took quite a while to resolve it, we greatly appreciated his effort in trying his best to accommodate our request for a double bed for a very personal reason. For this, we were very thankful for his help. Breeze Restaurant We went for our breakfast and dinner in Breeze restaurant. Staff at the restaurant were very attentive and professional. I have had my fair share of stays in India, country inn marriot in gurgaon, Radisson Blu new delhi paschim vihar, fairmont in Jaipur, trident in Udaipur, Ranbanka palace in Jodhpur, as well as attending a wedding in Trident Gurgaon, I would say that this one is up to "international" standards. Most of the hotels outside of Delhi, though ranked as a 5 star, do not have staff that are competent enough to be considered as 5 star hotel stafffs. I understand this might be a cultural thing, but besides from trident Gurgaon and this hotel, none of the staffs were able to immediately understand our questions / requests, and provide relevant solutions or help. The buffet lounge was operated very well. Staff were attentive and constantly cleaning up plates, as oppose to some hotels having staff just walking around not really doing anything and dishes are piling up at tables. The only downside would be that it is a bit distant from most of the sightseeing spots within delhi city, and from the vibe of the hotel you can tell they mostly host business travelers, but then again it explains the efficiency of service provided by the hotel. I would love to stay at this hotel again if ever returning back to Delhi.

After lot of research, I booked this hotel online & I must say I made right choice. The location of hotel in terms of proximity to airport is fantastic. Just about 8-10 mins drive to T3,IGI. The staff here is very polite & friendly. The Hotel manager,is very friendly & will be happy to help you even for minor things. There is free wi-fi in hotel & connectivity is very good. The restaurant in the hotel serves good food (I am pure veggie) & this was a plus point for me as I didn't wanted to waste time going to some other hotel as my schedule was jam packed. I flew abroad from Delhi & returned back when in India to same hotel & then proceeded to my domestic flight. I had some meetings in Delhi for which hotel arranged me a cab for reasonable price. They also offered airport drop for Rs.300/- which is reasonable. We just need to inform them 10 mins in advance for a cab. Last month, my friend had booked a premium hotel is Delhi but he got stuck in traffic & missed his flight despite starting early, so I was searching for something good & this was it. Overall, I am pleased with this hotel, its staff & food. The rooms are also clean & come with stuff like toothbrush & all, which was actually a surprise for me as I didn't expected it. If you want to catch early morning flight or need a hotel close to airport, this one is for you.

Staff were disappointing. We emailed and called reservations team from foreign country so many times to book a promotional package and we couldn't book this via there official website. The reservations team simply couldn't put our request through and once the reply from Pride Plaza wouldn't come we would give them a call from our end only to be disappointed with their reply. (They used to read me my email last sent to them to say they have written to me to the extend I was asked for credit card details to book the rooms without confirming my request or outlining what it is that they will provide) So in the end we booked for a night via agoda and stayed there. They lost business as we intended to stay there more than one night. The hotel is good but only if you are able to get your reservation right. Communication is an issue with hotels in India but I simply don't accept a hotel of this size in aerocity to treat guests and potential guests as such.

The hotel was nice and close to the airport and offered a very reasonable and reliable airport transfer service. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, a little shabby around the edges, but it was very clean. Breakfast was very good with lots of different options. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant which was very nice, an excellent variety on the menu and very friendly staff. We were disappointed to discover that there was no bar, we just assumed there would be as we stayed in another sarovar hotel with several bars, perhaps we should have checked this because it was never advertised as having a bar.

This hotel is great! Clean, well maintained, lovely staff, beautiful and comfortable rooms, and very conveniently located near the airport. This is my second time staying at this hotel and both times have been stellar. First time I came with 2 other friends for a quick stay between connections in India. I wanted to check out the hotel for my solo stay on my return journey home bound. This time I arrived as a solo female traveler and am staying 2 nights, departing at 4am of the second morning for my international flight. I arranged for a car pick up from the airport upon arrival, and was greeted immediately out the gate by a Red Fox sign with my name on it. Last time when I came with 2 friends we took a prepaid taxi from the airport together. The prepaid taxi from airport is about 1/2 the cost (+/-300 rupees), but being solo and arriving at night, I chose to pre-arrange for a hotel car pick up instead (+/-600 rupees). ALL the hotel staff are gracious , friendly, hospitable and very helpful. There is a nice cafe in the hotel which seems to have an ongoing buffet at all hours. The dining staff are also very sweet and happy to chat up a solo traveler dining alone. Mona Lisa and Yashpul were my kind servers today. Last night I had another young man server who was also very kind, but I did not catch his name. I highly recommend this hotel if you need a place to stay in New Delhi.

The New Delhi Airport Holiday Inn exceeded expectations. It's more of a 4+ star hotel with great amenities, beautiful rooms with good sound insulation. A big thumbs up for the fully stocked mini-fridge and snacks. The signature toiletries are generous and smell great. The best part was the buffet breakfast in the restaurant - perhaps the largest selection of breakfast items to cater to tastes from all continents. 2nd time staying at this hotel while transiting through New Delhi and will definitely come again! Thank you!

Like most airport hotels, this one was really a money machine preying on jet lagged travelers. The hotel taxi from Shanti Palace to terminal 3 is 500 rupees. For that price you can go to the other side of Delhi! It should be 100 rs. I advise going out on the street and picking up your own taxi. Since there are a dozen hotels right next to each other you will find a taxi dropping off customers. Then when I had an old friend who lives in Delhi visit me, they wanted to charge me 1500 rs for allowing her into my room! I refused in outraged tones and they backed down....So, if you are just between flights, this place is OK. It's clean and safe. But hold onto your wallet.

My daughter, her husband myself and a business friend all stayed here for nearly three weeks and found it to be an excellent centre for exploring Delhi and the surrounding area. The rooms were lovely and very well maintained,the staff were very attentive and helpful, the breakfast was fantastic with a huge range, beautifully presented. As The Grand is clearly a business hotel, we had almost exclusive use of the swimming pool which is large and set in lovely gardens. The food was very good and reasonably priced. It is slightly out of the city, unlike most of the other 5 star hotels, which is a definite advantage considering Delhi's traffic! It is also next to 3 shopping malls which meant cinemas, restaurants and designer shops were within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Surprising arrival: 3 hours to pass the immigration at the Delhi International Airport. The hotel driver thought we had miss our plane. Hotel of 5 Stars, maybe 4. Room comfortable over the pool place of all the wedding receptions so a little bit noisy. Breakfast they have to take care of the freshness of their products. Last Saturday no more bread, the cold cuts were brown, it's out of my duties as a guest to ask the staff to change the foods and to bring fresh stuff. No sleepers in the room: bizarre for a five star... Late check out; up.to 6pm free, after full price.

The Muse is a very tidy hotel with very polite and helpful staff. Rooms are more 4 star than the 3 stars the hotel is rated. Free wifi. There's a great pool that is kept clean and was used a lot while I stayed there. The restaurant has an excellent buffet selection for all meals, A la Carte is also available and they have an excellent room service menu. At the time of writing there was no alcohol available at the restaurant or bar. I was told they are getting a new licence so worth checking before you book if you are wanting a cold beer or wine at the end of the day. Large banquet/conference rooms as well which makes the proximity to the airport useful. All in all a comfortable stay, no problems at all. I would happily return here in the future.

The Hotel has been a colossus since times when there was no Aero city and this was the only hotel in the vicinity ...Radisson came much later ... The hotel is good the old staff was very very courteous ..the Snacks and the Breakfast was good ...the Swimming Pool was getting a through clean up on our second Day ,new water was being pumped in after a strong cleaning . The old staff were good ...although there were no waiters on the main door ..the Security at the main gate was not appropriate ... The exit gate was not functional ..entry and exit was happening from the entry gate ...there were no marks or sign ages to the property . The carpets were torn and old ...one of the executives on the reception desk was Rude ....ill mannered . But all said and done ..95 % staff was very good . they were trying to maintain the standards .we got a good room with the view of the pool . The Staff was good , there was credit card acceptability at the reception and they do have a website ...

Rooms are spacious, very clean, well kept, well equipped and overall very good. The airport express station “Delhi Aerocity” is in walking distance (5 min) and the airport express runs to New Delhi in only 16 min. So this hotel is not only good for its proximity to the airport, but you can easily reach the center of Delhi as well. This hotel consists of two buildings: one next to the street/highway, which is very noisy for obvious reasons. The second building is ca. 50 m behind. Ask for a quiet room at the backside of the second building, you won´t hear single sound.

Me and my girlfriend stayed in the club double room. We paid £32 a night which was over 50% discount. For this price it is an okay stay but I would be leaving a much lower review if I had paid full price. Positives The room is clean baring 1 draw that had crumbs in. Working WiFi Free breakfast Reception speak and understand English. The food is nice although very pricey for India. The hotel will arrange taxis or drivers for the whole day. They are more expensive than hailing a cab but it is way more convenient. The bed was super comfortable! Negatives Firstly. If you book through Agoda. The address that is found on the "taxi helper" is the address of the airport. Make sure you Google the full address and screenshot it for the taxi before you get there The hotel is quite dark and gloomy. The view from our room was not very pleasant at all. It was of an old crumbling wall and the air-conditioning units. There were major construction works going on in the hotel grounds just above the pool. We therefore did not feel comfortable swimming as there were lots of workers above the pool area that were constantly watching. We were also not informed of these construction works, nor did the hotel even address this fact while we were there. The TV in our room was at an angle. We found this amusing but it's just lazy of them not to fix it. When ordering room service, they brought double of what I ordered and argued with me saying they had made it for me so I had to pay. This frankly ruined my mood and appetite. The hotel had multiple power cuts in the evening while we are in the restaurant. If this was the hotel or the power grid we will never know, as no one bothered to come over and explain why it was happening. They all seemed pretty chilled about it though, so I guess it is a regular thing. Conclusion Overall, I will not be staying there again and will not be recommending them to anyone. I was given three different Agoda bookings and numbers for this Delhi hotel over three days, each seeing the price get higher ... maybe because it was done shortly after a previous cancellation inRishikesh, where Agoda quickly arranged for a refund. When finLly arrived after a 9 hour drive, it took Nother 45 minutes to be booked because they did not get any if the previous confirmations, but a 4th one was quickly assigned (again at a an escalatingly higher rate than previous) and the Manager Mr Bath sold us on the Executive Lounge special which included a lot (plus free escort to the airport) and, athough a little more costly than planned, we were set for a luxurious evening and breakfast which would certainly compete with the best and most expensive 5 stars anywhere. One note: my allergy to feathers and down had me call them to replace them with inorganics. In the process the staff they sent would not listen and insisted on aggressively compressing every individual pillow as well as the comforter, releasing every allergen into the air, making the room useless for two hours and requiring us to steam the room by running the hot shower before it could be enjoyed .. Oh well, with more than 40 bookings through the wonderful Agoda service, one must expect at least ones it two crazy encounters and write them off as a comedy of errors. The amazing buffet breakfast (truly) and comfortable car to the airport ensured any aggravations were assuaged.

The Pullman is a very chic and modern hotel with lots of amenities and very close proximity to terminal 3 at the Indira Gandhi International Airport, making it very convenient for Emirates commuter. The rooms are absolutely marvelous with a very luxurious bathroom and a heavenly bed. The breakfast (inclusive) is phenomenal and service is awesome. A special Thanks to Narendra Shivare for outstanding service. This is a newly built hotel and I highly recommend it when visiting New Delhi. I would give this hotel a 7 star!!

Fantastic very helpful staff, was picked up at their desk and taken through everything outside for a ciggerette then back in to the hotel through all the security quickly. Sonu, their desk representative was amazing!! Room was great as was the chefs and breakfast was great last evening I had two chicken 65 they were so good. All staff were amazing, definitely coming here again when I have a stopover of any length!

I want to say thanks for the counter stuff (.I was too embarrassed so forget to ask his name) I was leaving 9 PM on 4 April. I was booking Uber to airport that they cannot except credit card . But I don‘t have enough cash ,so the the counter stuff gave me 10 Rs. and help me to book Uber. It’s not a big money but really help me a lot. Thanks again and hope to see you soon in New Delhi.:)

I chose to stay at the Novotel (in preference to the nearby Radisson), as an Accor member, however it was not quite what I expected. The room was very nice, the internet was fast and the staff were very friendly. However there were a few small things that weren't so good. Like there was no free water in the room. That's the first time of 10 years of travelling in India where there is always bottled water labelled "complimentary". There was water in the minbar area but nothing to suggest that it was free. The hotel pickup from the airport was expensive at Rs1000 plus taxes for a 4km trip. There was no BCC on the list of TV channels available. I was keen to have a massage however there was no catalogue of what was on offer in the room. I was short on time and didn't have time to go looking. Maybe these are teething problems for a new hotel?

Upon my check in they gave me room of a lower category. I had to go back to the reception and show them the picture of room I had booked on Agoda. After which they shifted me to the category I had booked. After this the stay experience was satisfactory. Breakfast spread is not big, but good, room size and facilities are top notch. Staff was responsive. Overall a good experience.
