"A great little hotel close to the Newquay beach and town centre. Upon arrival, the host gave us an intro on how to get around Newquay. The reservation arrangements between the hotel and the third party wasn't efficient enough as I ended up with a standard double room upon arrival, having booked the one with a balcony on Agoda. Neither the hotel nor the reservation provider took responsibility for the miscommunication, although the provider later refunded the difference after a complaint was initiated. The room was very spacious and clean, but a bit noisy as it was next to the busy road. Parking provisions are limited. Great breakfast spread and amenities for recreation. Barring the reservation goof-up, everything else @ the hotel was great."
