Find hotels in I.G.I Airport Metro Station

Pros: Closely located to airport/ metro. Can avoid dreadly Delhi traffic. Hotel is very clean and all the staff members were friendly. Rooms are well sized and furnished. Amenities in the room were great as well. Loved the touch of keeping fresh apples at every elevator was a good touch; this made me have an apple each time I left the elevator. Cons: Employees at the gate should treat the customers entering the hotel by foot in a friendly way. Having an exceptional food court and delhi central in the adjacent building, I tried shopping there and each time on entering the building by foot, I was questioned about what my duties here were. After showing my room card, I was allowed in. Staff must be open to guests using public transportation as well (especially when the metro is just a couple of blocks away). The Indian mentality of entering a star hotel complex by car each time has to be removed.

We stayed in for three nights. It was an excellent decision booking the rome in Atrio Boutique hotel. It’s 5 km from IG Delhi airport, great connection to the city with Airport Express Metro. The hotel is nicely decorated the room is spacious, comfortable beds, rain shower in the bathroom, delicious breakfast and a restaurant with good cooking. It also has an outdoor pool.

The hotel is very near to the metro station "Aerocity" (walking distance) and close to international airport, the rooms are clean, ambiance is very good, the food spread during buffet breakfast is quite elaborate, staff is courteous. Two good things are worthwhile to mention; as a support to ecosystem, there are stored rain water (or treated effluent) supply to the toilets which is a good initiative. Secondly, the hotel employs differently able people (deaf & dumb) which is a great humanitarian cause. Kudos for that! Overall, highly recommended

Classic Diplomat seemed like heaven after a few nights on a houseboat in Kashmir.We travelled there easily after a domestic flight, one stop on the airport metro and then a short walk.One can see the hotel sign from the station.We had an early flight next day,too early for breakfast, but we could make a cup of coffee in our room.We also enjoyed the free computer in the lobby.

price is good if compare with the hotels around. lobby and room also great. room is not big enough to put much luggage which u always need to keep it close.. but at least have a sofa, a glass meeting table, a nice bathtub, and bed is so big and comfortable with enough pillows.. have food court nearby I mean inside the hotel zone area, I didn't see any convenient store but I use uber instead. it s so safe with double security check... and no group tours too so it's keep the hotel running well. they have buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner but not cheap too. also high price of their menu. need 20 mins drive to airport and u can just simply call uber then it's so reasonable to airport. check in need 3000 rupees deposit. room is quite clean. just the toilet is also ok. they have very nice shower gel and shampoo. have a cafe in the lobby too. and a bar too.. some room don't have window. many tv channels.. room service quite good.

The hotel was nice and close to the airport and offered a very reasonable and reliable airport transfer service. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, a little shabby around the edges, but it was very clean. Breakfast was very good with lots of different options. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant which was very nice, an excellent variety on the menu and very friendly staff. We were disappointed to discover that there was no bar, we just assumed there would be as we stayed in another sarovar hotel with several bars, perhaps we should have checked this because it was never advertised as having a bar.

I enjoyed the nice stay in the hotel! The location is great, just 5 minutes walking distance to the metro station Aerocity. Staff was really helping, friendly and everyone gave best efforts to make me happy as a guest. Rooms are clean, modern and spacious for a short-term stay! Food in the Café is great. The pool of the Lemon Tree hotel next to Red Fox can be used for a fee. I would definitely recommend to stay there!

First, the check-in staff was very helpful, gave us late check out since our departing flight was at 11.30 pm, provided us with useful information regarding hotel facilities. The concierge staff were also helpful with our luggages & airport transfer. Second, the breakfast buffet was really good, providing western, indian, & asian cuisine (this was a nice surprise for us). Third, location is strategic, close to metro station, dining & shopping opportunity in the surrounding area.

I have stayed at the Grand on two occasions and will probably do so again, but two things should be attended to: 1. WiFi access. This is charged on an hourly or daily basis. Most of your competitors offer it as a free service (included in the room charge). It seems penny-pinching to ask customers to pay an extra charge for WiFi in this day and age. 2. The cost of taxis ordered through the front desk. The first time I stayed at the Grand I took a prepaid cab from the airport, and a hotel-orderd cab back to the airport. The hotel-ordered cab cost TEN times as much for the same 20 minute trip. It was better cab admittedly, and I wouldn't mind so much if I thought the driver was getting most of it, but I suspect that that is not the case.

Surprising arrival: 3 hours to pass the immigration at the Delhi International Airport. The hotel driver thought we had miss our plane. Hotel of 5 Stars, maybe 4. Room comfortable over the pool place of all the wedding receptions so a little bit noisy. Breakfast they have to take care of the freshness of their products. Last Saturday no more bread, the cold cuts were brown, it's out of my duties as a guest to ask the staff to change the foods and to bring fresh stuff. No sleepers in the room: bizarre for a five star... Late check out; up.to 6pm free, after full price.

The Muse is a very tidy hotel with very polite and helpful staff. Rooms are more 4 star than the 3 stars the hotel is rated. Free wifi. There's a great pool that is kept clean and was used a lot while I stayed there. The restaurant has an excellent buffet selection for all meals, A la Carte is also available and they have an excellent room service menu. At the time of writing there was no alcohol available at the restaurant or bar. I was told they are getting a new licence so worth checking before you book if you are wanting a cold beer or wine at the end of the day. Large banquet/conference rooms as well which makes the proximity to the airport useful. All in all a comfortable stay, no problems at all. I would happily return here in the future.

I was given three different Agoda bookings and numbers for this Delhi hotel over three days, each seeing the price get higher ... maybe because it was done shortly after a previous cancellation inRishikesh, where Agoda quickly arranged for a refund. When finLly arrived after a 9 hour drive, it took Nother 45 minutes to be booked because they did not get any if the previous confirmations, but a 4th one was quickly assigned (again at a an escalatingly higher rate than previous) and the Manager Mr Bath sold us on the Executive Lounge special which included a lot (plus free escort to the airport) and, athough a little more costly than planned, we were set for a luxurious evening and breakfast which would certainly compete with the best and most expensive 5 stars anywhere. One note: my allergy to feathers and down had me call them to replace them with inorganics. In the process the staff they sent would not listen and insisted on aggressively compressing every individual pillow as well as the comforter, releasing every allergen into the air, making the room useless for two hours and requiring us to steam the room by running the hot shower before it could be enjoyed .. Oh well, with more than 40 bookings through the wonderful Agoda service, one must expect at least ones it two crazy encounters and write them off as a comedy of errors. The amazing buffet breakfast (truly) and comfortable car to the airport ensured any aggravations were assuaged.

I stayed twice in this hotel in August. First time I needed a room to rest between my flights and the second time for night before leaving my early flight to home. I have never stayed in this price group hotel in Delhi before so I can't compare it to other ones. Room and bathroom were both spacious. There was also sofa, table and closet in the room. Last time my room was bigger than the first time, so rooms vary. Luckily room was clean with both times. Furniture were worn. The biggest value is it is very near Indira Gandhi Airport about 10 minutes away. Prepaid cab booked from hotel to airport cost 300 INR. People at the reception are polite and helpful. Opposite the hotel there is a nice fruit shop offering fresh pressed juice. Thete are also many restaurants and other hotels on the same street.This is good value of money for short stay if need to have quick access to airport.

I want to say thanks for the counter stuff (.I was too embarrassed so forget to ask his name) I was leaving 9 PM on 4 April. I was booking Uber to airport that they cannot except credit card . But I don‘t have enough cash ,so the the counter stuff gave me 10 Rs. and help me to book Uber. It’s not a big money but really help me a lot. Thanks again and hope to see you soon in New Delhi.:)

I chose to stay at the Novotel (in preference to the nearby Radisson), as an Accor member, however it was not quite what I expected. The room was very nice, the internet was fast and the staff were very friendly. However there were a few small things that weren't so good. Like there was no free water in the room. That's the first time of 10 years of travelling in India where there is always bottled water labelled "complimentary". There was water in the minbar area but nothing to suggest that it was free. The hotel pickup from the airport was expensive at Rs1000 plus taxes for a 4km trip. There was no BCC on the list of TV channels available. I was keen to have a massage however there was no catalogue of what was on offer in the room. I was short on time and didn't have time to go looking. Maybe these are teething problems for a new hotel?

Sent an email regarding hotel pick up and received a confirmation email from Glitz Westend Inn; Mamta Poddar that our pick up is taken care of. Unfortunately on the day of arrival at Delhi Airport, there is no one to pick us up. Waited for 3 hours (by then it's midnight) and finally hotel sent a driver to pick us up. One more thing to be highlighted, hotel should have not included an airport drop off options price. We booked 2 nights paying and extra money for that drop off only to know that it doesn't include airport pick up. (We paid for 2 nights + 2 drop off) I should have chosen the one without drop off and requested pick up and drop off. With this i won't be having to pay extra.
