The hotel is very new and well decorated. The Cleanliness is topnorch level. The Staff is very nice. The facilities might not cover everything you need but you still get a very nice and huge pool. I would be more happy if the hotel would provide the fitness center as well. The only down point of the hotel is its location. The facilities might not cover everything you need but you still get a very nice and huge pool. I would be more happy if the hotel would provide the fitness center as well. The only down point of the hotel is its location. It's pretty far from the main road which makes it impossible for the choice of the hotel if you don't have your own car as it's very difficult to commute around. However, if you have your own car or you can rent a car, the hotel is perfect for the amount spent. I will surely choose this hotel once again on my next stay in Hatyai.

TTT hotel is a branch/ part of ATK garden hills. When we arrived in Hatyai, our driver barely knew the place and check in was also done at the lobby of ATK garden hills hotel. After we checked in, we were shown to our room, which was located at a brand new building next to ATK hotels. The room was very clean and even smelt brand new (as of November 2018). After we checked in, we were shown to our room, which was located at a brand new building next to ATK hotels. The room was very clean and even smelt brand new (as of November 2018). There is a 7-11 conveniently located just across the road from the hotel. A self-service laundry place is also available under the hotel, which is pretty convenient for those who planned to stay longer. However, the downside of this place is, it is quite far from the city. Although it was mentioned that this place is near to Asian Bazaar, you need to walk around 15-20minutes to get to the place and you also need to cross a busy street before you can get to Asian bazaar. We have to used grab service to get around the city since the place is located outside of main street.

Pros: Value for money. The staff were so helpful by helping us to call a tuk tuk and they know to speak Malay so its very easy to communicate with them. They give us to drop our luggage in the private room since we were arrived there early before we check in our room. The cleanliness was good. They even have a washing machine at back of the lobby. Cons: The location is a bit far from the city. The nearest convenient store is about 800 to 900 meter away from the hotel.
