The hotel is very new and well decorated. The Cleanliness is topnorch level. The Staff is very nice. The facilities might not cover everything you need but you still get a very nice and huge pool. I would be more happy if the hotel would provide the fitness center as well. The only down point of the hotel is its location. The facilities might not cover everything you need but you still get a very nice and huge pool. I would be more happy if the hotel would provide the fitness center as well. The only down point of the hotel is its location. It's pretty far from the main road which makes it impossible for the choice of the hotel if you don't have your own car as it's very difficult to commute around. However, if you have your own car or you can rent a car, the hotel is perfect for the amount spent. I will surely choose this hotel once again on my next stay in Hatyai.

Huge parking space, friendly staff, near to all local food places, very quiet at night, nice view. I would stay here again in the future as it provides access to all the best places to visit. I have stayed this hotel for about 2years when I visit hadyai and everytime it was good both the hotel and staff. This time I booked wrong booking like double booked 4rooms for the same day but actually I wanted to book for the next day, I asked the hotel to help me switch the date for me and hotel staff help me about this. This hotel is very convenience place to stay. Nearby have central festival shopping mall, Asean night Market and greenway night Market. If you are driving, you can consider staying here as they have ample parking lots. Opposite of the hotel have 7-11 which you can buy supper whenever you are hungry. Facilities in the hotel are only for basic. Only thing that not good ...This hotel is very convenience place to stay. Only thing that not good is there do not have hair dryer and the room card provided only 1 for a room eventhough we have total 3 persons stayed which whoever want to go down Carpark take something, the card need to remove from room and the person inside the room will be in the darkness. I'm booked a double room and requested for an additional single bed which cost THB 400 for a night. Overall it is very good and worth for the money paid. 👍😁

Pros: Value for money. The staff were so helpful by helping us to call a tuk tuk and they know to speak Malay so its very easy to communicate with them. They give us to drop our luggage in the private room since we were arrived there early before we check in our room. The cleanliness was good. They even have a washing machine at back of the lobby. They give us to drop our luggage in the private room since we were arrived there early before we check in our room. The cleanliness was good. They even have a washing machine at back of the lobby. Cons: The location is a bit far from the city. The nearest convenient store is about 800 to 900 meter away from the hotel.
