"Paid for and booked a standard double and when we got there we were put in a room with a bunk bed which didn't match the pictures at all. Staff said there was nothing that could be done and they couldn't change our room. Absolute joke, we literally paid for a room we didn't get."

"Excellent location attended concert at Royal concert hall , mobility issues , stayed the evening to make it easier for me , I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of this Hotel , perfect spotless white bedding & soft fluffy white towels , Large wall mounted LCD TV with Sky no extra cost , rooms compact but hairdryer, tea , coffee tray , toiletries etc so didn’t need to ask for anything, staff very pleasant and reception on arrival very pleasant , welcoming, Even though I did not go down for cheese & wine that was available free I thought it was a nice touch , I would certainly recommend this hotel , also I look forward to returning if ever staying overnight in future."
