This hotel is very very very nice and chic. Staff could not be more helpful and room was gorgeous., Made a mistake with my airline ticket and realized I came to the airport 12 hours too early. Nobody would want to stay at the New Delhi waiting for a plane for 12 hours if they could get a GREAT hotel room for the small sum of $55 a night not including breakfast. Pool was very beautiful and refreshing. If I needed an airport hotel this would be my go to hotel This is the nicest hotel I have stayed at in India. I give it a 5 star deluxe rating.,

This hotel is absolutely amazing. Staff was really friendly and professional. The airline lost one of our bags and was going to deliver it to the hotel during the night. In the morning when we woke up the bag was nowhere and we had to check out as had another flight to catch. The receptionist really went the extra mile trying to get our bag back and he managed it too. We were truly grateful. The room was very clean, the hotel is very new too. The breakfast buffet was fantastic too. It takes about 20-25 minutes from the airport to get to the hotel. Getting to the airport is a lot faster as it is on the same side of the dual carriageway. I would say about 15 minutes. Overall, I would recommend it to anybody. We really had a pleasant stay there

I needed a hotel close to the airport for a trip to and from Varanasi, before flying home to Canada. The hotel is about 7or 8 km. From Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi - a prepaid taxi from the airport costs 250Rs, and in a regular taxi, they shouldn't charge more than 500Rs. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable and modern. The beds were comfortable and the marble bathroom looked great and had every amenity I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. They were able to store my large suitcase for the few days I was in Varanasi, so that I didn't have to lug it there and back, before going on my international flight back home. The food in the restaurant was good and the internet worked. Great choice for an airport hotel!

Overall a well presented hotel. Staff are friendly. Especially the reservations staff whom were very helpful with doing what they could to help with the booking issue I was having. Location is very good for the airport. I had booked the Executive Suite because it was advertised as having a functioning balcony. But when entering the Suite the balcony was NOT accessible. My downpoints are mainly targeted toward Agoda. I had booked an Executive Suite with 2 way airport transfers. This was also what was on my booking confirmation. When contacting the hotel to organise the airport transfer they advised me that my booking was only for a Superior room with no transfers, and the only information they had that was correct was my name. It took 24 hours and 6 very long phones calls to Agoda to rectify the issue. Agoda go through a third party and apparently we’re having difficulty contacting them!!!

I am a frequent traveler. I was in Delhi only for 1 night for a business meeting with a morning flight out. I stayed at Hotel Classic Diplomat because of the reviews and free shuttle to the airport. (I hate arguing with taxi hacks). This was absolutely the best experience I have had at any budget airport hotel in any city in more than 30 countries I have visited. I cannot give a high enough recommendation of this hotel for a quick overnight stay. I saw no reason to spend for the 4 or 5 star hotel I usually stay in, and I am happy I made that decision.

The hotel was nice and close to the airport and offered a very reasonable and reliable airport transfer service. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, a little shabby around the edges, but it was very clean. Breakfast was very good with lots of different options. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant which was very nice, an excellent variety on the menu and very friendly staff. We were disappointed to discover that there was no bar, we just assumed there would be as we stayed in another sarovar hotel with several bars, perhaps we should have checked this because it was never advertised as having a bar.

After a much detailed search and blogs being read on every web portal for the best 5 star hotels to experience for a 30th birthday staycation I was quite convinced The Roseate would be a great option, After a hectic bday Eve I was looking forward for my check in and true enough I was astonished from the time I drove into the gates of Roseate, it was like a dream, from the front office right UpTo the room was amazing the water ponds the landscaping the room was the best I've ever stayed in entire India and I have stayed in the best of 5 star properties for months. The exotic pool was something I wasn't aware about & I was surprised of its size, the pool was my favorite part of my entire stay, not to forget my bday dinner at Chi ni was th best Chinese I've eaten in years and Thank you to the manager at Chi ni he gave us a good welcome and was very interactive, The breakfast at kiyan was sumptuous. The Roseate, is the best staycation for any occasion. Thank you for making me feel special

The New Delhi Airport Holiday Inn exceeded expectations. It's more of a 4+ star hotel with great amenities, beautiful rooms with good sound insulation. A big thumbs up for the fully stocked mini-fridge and snacks. The signature toiletries are generous and smell great. The best part was the buffet breakfast in the restaurant - perhaps the largest selection of breakfast items to cater to tastes from all continents. 2nd time staying at this hotel while transiting through New Delhi and will definitely come again! Thank you!

Surprising arrival: 3 hours to pass the immigration at the Delhi International Airport. The hotel driver thought we had miss our plane. Hotel of 5 Stars, maybe 4. Room comfortable over the pool place of all the wedding receptions so a little bit noisy. Breakfast they have to take care of the freshness of their products. Last Saturday no more bread, the cold cuts were brown, it's out of my duties as a guest to ask the staff to change the foods and to bring fresh stuff. No sleepers in the room: bizarre for a five star... Late check out; up.to 6pm free, after full price.

The Muse is a very tidy hotel with very polite and helpful staff. Rooms are more 4 star than the 3 stars the hotel is rated. Free wifi. There's a great pool that is kept clean and was used a lot while I stayed there. The restaurant has an excellent buffet selection for all meals, A la Carte is also available and they have an excellent room service menu. At the time of writing there was no alcohol available at the restaurant or bar. I was told they are getting a new licence so worth checking before you book if you are wanting a cold beer or wine at the end of the day. Large banquet/conference rooms as well which makes the proximity to the airport useful. All in all a comfortable stay, no problems at all. I would happily return here in the future.

I went to the restaurant and tried to order Spaghetti with Meat Sauce. Not Available. Then I tried to order a Chicken Burger. Not Available. I had an early morning flight and when I woke up I discovered there was no coffee or creamer in the coffee service in the room. Overall the facilities are in a great spot for airport access and it is quite well presented as a 4 star hotel. I didn't have what I wanted for dinner and I had to leave before breakfast without even coffee. I mentioned the lack of coffee and the reception did not offer to get me a coffee while I was waiting for my taxi.

Given the location of airport hotels, the facilities on site are important for the guest as there are not many options outside the hotel, unless you are a plane spotter. Unfortunately during my stay the pool was closed and didn't look like it would be open any time soon. All the shops were closed with legal notices on each door, again suggesting a long term closure. "Beauty salon" was open. I had a pedicure and 30 minute massage, basic but very reasonable and good staff. Bar area is good with courteous and attentive staff and satellite TV to watch the cricket! The formal Indian restaurant looked good, but on closer inspection needs a thorough, professional clean. My clothes were very stained from the dirty seats and I didn't enjoy sharing my dinner with the several cockroaches who joined me. The coffee shop area where breakfast is taken was fine; although too many staff and not enough guests. My room was a good size, clean and modern bathroom and sat TV. Shuttle to airport included in room rate.

Nice clean hotel near Indira Gandhi International Airport, there are actualy 2 parts, we stayed in both the front building en the further from the road situated building. this review is about the frontsite building : price/quality is reasonable, food in restaurant was good, staff all friendly, taxi price is overrated. Beds are extremely well for India standards. we stayed in third floor room, lots of noise from a generator or something from the rooftop, didn't checked other rooms, we where too tired to change or complain... but all in all good stay for 1 night for stop-over.

I was given three different Agoda bookings and numbers for this Delhi hotel over three days, each seeing the price get higher ... maybe because it was done shortly after a previous cancellation inRishikesh, where Agoda quickly arranged for a refund. When finLly arrived after a 9 hour drive, it took Nother 45 minutes to be booked because they did not get any if the previous confirmations, but a 4th one was quickly assigned (again at a an escalatingly higher rate than previous) and the Manager Mr Bath sold us on the Executive Lounge special which included a lot (plus free escort to the airport) and, athough a little more costly than planned, we were set for a luxurious evening and breakfast which would certainly compete with the best and most expensive 5 stars anywhere. One note: my allergy to feathers and down had me call them to replace them with inorganics. In the process the staff they sent would not listen and insisted on aggressively compressing every individual pillow as well as the comforter, releasing every allergen into the air, making the room useless for two hours and requiring us to steam the room by running the hot shower before it could be enjoyed .. Oh well, with more than 40 bookings through the wonderful Agoda service, one must expect at least ones it two crazy encounters and write them off as a comedy of errors. The amazing buffet breakfast (truly) and comfortable car to the airport ensured any aggravations were assuaged.

Not near to Airport as it promoted. It takes about 40 minutes drive without traffics between the hotel and airport, so the hotel charge quite high for the airport transfer fee (INR1700 one way). I booked 2 rooms, they give me a huge room(look like suite) but small room for my companion probably because i can put comment here. Japanese dinner are delicious. Breakfast can choose either Japanese bento or indian buffet. Good to stay.

The Pullman is a very chic and modern hotel with lots of amenities and very close proximity to terminal 3 at the Indira Gandhi International Airport, making it very convenient for Emirates commuter. The rooms are absolutely marvelous with a very luxurious bathroom and a heavenly bed. The breakfast (inclusive) is phenomenal and service is awesome. A special Thanks to Narendra Shivare for outstanding service. This is a newly built hotel and I highly recommend it when visiting New Delhi. I would give this hotel a 7 star!!

I stayed twice in this hotel in August. First time I needed a room to rest between my flights and the second time for night before leaving my early flight to home. I have never stayed in this price group hotel in Delhi before so I can't compare it to other ones. Room and bathroom were both spacious. There was also sofa, table and closet in the room. Last time my room was bigger than the first time, so rooms vary. Luckily room was clean with both times. Furniture were worn. The biggest value is it is very near Indira Gandhi Airport about 10 minutes away. Prepaid cab booked from hotel to airport cost 300 INR. People at the reception are polite and helpful. Opposite the hotel there is a nice fruit shop offering fresh pressed juice. Thete are also many restaurants and other hotels on the same street.This is good value of money for short stay if need to have quick access to airport.

we chose this hotel as it is abt 20 min drive from the airport. we arrived at 2am in the morning and were warmly greeted by the hotel manager and driver in the airport. upon arriving to the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that they have provided an in house check in and we can then head straight to the room without delay. the room is very clean, modern and adequate features such as flat screen tv, fruit platter etc. the buffet spread in the morning is by far the best/ most selection among all the hotels we have stayed in india (including a 5 star hotel in connaught place). overall the experience is amazing! highly recommended
