The hotel's staff is highly praised for their top-notch and friendly service. The location is ideal, being situated near major transportation hubs and the city center, providing easy access to various attractions. During the three days the sun was missing (?), I enjoyed the bright room with large windows on the 17th floor. It was warm, and the hot water came out well; however, the water pressure was a bit weak due to being on a high floor, but I didn't feel much discomfort. Overall, the room condition was the best (compared to dark lights, carpeted floors, and overly soft beds). However, there were indoor slippers mentioned in the guide, but they were not in the room, so I used the ones I brought. Since I'm on a high floor, there were emergency exit doors on both sides, allowing me to hear sounds from the neighboring rooms. I just laughed it off. When sleeping, everyone was quiet. It should be fine unless you're extremely sensitive (and if I walk around, I'm too tired and just fall asleep, haha). The staff was friendly, and the lobby was spacious and comfortable. It takes about 10-20 minutes to walk to the station and Liverpool One, which wasn’t a problem. There’s a Tesco nearby, and there’s also a Starbucks that closes a little early, and it’s nice to stroll around Albert Dock. If I come back to Liverpool, I would like to stay here again. On the day of a Liverpool match, there were a lot of people in the lobby who looked like Liverpool fans, haha.

We had the Townhouse Room on the 17th floor and it was honestly amazing, it was very clean when we entered, had everything we needed plus so much more, lots of complimentary drinks, all your normal tea and coffee facilities and lots of small and large towels which was useful as we used to bath. The location is great as everything is walking distance and breakfast was buffet and had a great variety. My partner usually books hotels and to do this day has always beat me by booking the best and classiest hotels about but this was the first time I beat her and she was in awe of the hotel that I booked. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be staying here again.

Nothing to fault about the hotel room itself, it was clean and modern with a nice view. Bed was very big and comfortable and the smart TV connected with no issues. Wouldn’t change anything about the room. However, I emailed in advance to say we would appreciate any sort of early check in as we would be arriving around 10-11, and we had to go up to reception every 30 mins to ask can we go up to the room yet even though other travellers were checking in ahead and going to their rooms. Only got checked in at around 2:10 after 3 hours of waiting and asking. I understand you can’t guarantee an early check in but seeing others able to get their room before us was disheartening. Also would not recommend the Ginos restaurant at all. I got the arrabiata pasta and my partner the carbonara, and they were the worst pastas we’ve ever ate, completely bland and received no Parmesan until I asked and it arrived 15 minutes later when we were basically finished. The garlic bread was also completely burnt underneath and tasted like charcoal as a result, avoid the restaurant and go somewhere in the city.

Strategically located, easy walk from lime street train station . Awesome, courteous front desk staff and staffs manning the breakfast area. Clean and comfortable room. Complimentary drinks from the fridge. Sky bar on the 18 th floor was cool. Easy walk to the docks, especially if you are planning to hop on those buses eg city bus tours and Beatles trail bus tours in the royal Albert dock. Just around the corner, there’s Liverpool one shopping area. Cavern club, pubs, Harrison’s, tiger rock, spice Thai are just a short walk away. Chinatown is not very far away by Uber. Man tsuen ho is a must go. Meliá members can check in earlier than 3 pm.

We had a fantastic stay at INNSiDE Liverpool. The location is spot on—close to the docks, shops, and everything we wanted to see in the city. Our room was modern, clean, and really comfortable, with a great bed and all the essentials. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of choice, and the restaurant/bar had a great vibe too. We arrived on a Friday night, and the area around the hotel was buzzing with energy—lots of partying people, a lively atmosphere, and plenty of eateries and pubs right nearby. It definitely adds to the city vibe if you enjoy being in the middle of it all. Only thing to note is that parking can be tricky. We managed to get a spot right in front of the hotel, but the price can be a bit steep. Overall, it’s a stylish hotel in the perfect spot with lovely staff—we’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Liverpool.
