It's a good hotel in a very good location as the shops and Karol Bagh Market are sort of walking distance. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast didn't have a big choice but acceptable and there is only one person serving, thus, takes long as he's overworked. Room had tea/coffee making facility, safe, nice hot shower, A/C, very clean rooms as well as room wi-fi but the only problem with wi-fi was you need to change the usrename and password everyday which is very irritating and it is limited to two device only per room. So, if there's a couple with two smartphones, a laptop and an ipad than you can use only two device.

My Hotel stay at Jaypee was good however I feel that the hotel need to improve their elevator as it's very slow, I think that it would've been nice to have Wi-Fi including in packages as in this day and age, being connected on the go is very essential. Hilton Hotel offers complementary fresh fruits in the room along with complementary drinking water, why doesn't Jaypee offer the same, since fresh fruits such as apples are cheaply available in India. The quality of the towels available in the bathroom aren't upto a 5 stars hotel standards, they hardly dry wet water after having a shower, they are not 100% cotton and they are not fluffy inorder to be efficient in drying a wet body after a shower.

We stayed 2 nights before New Years 2014 at the pleasurable Wood Castle. This lovely boutique hotel is well-located in a nice, quiet and quaint neighborhood of Karol Bagh. It is also walking distance to the Karol Bagh Metro and Karol Bagh street market. Being so close to the metro was fantastic. My best friend and I were so happy to explore Delhi using public transportation. Our room was luxurious, nicer than expected! We loved the heated mattress, hot water showers, evening silence!!! After a busy day sight-seeing in Delhi, we really appreciated a quiet hotel room. The overall decor and feel of the hotel was great, a nice mix of modern, classic and English styles. The hotel personnel was very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful in advising on what to do in the city. Santosh is a true gem, making our arrival easy and stress free. We were driving there from Agra and could not find the hotel, so Santosh walked out to find us and guide our driver to the hotel. The first thing he offered us was a complimentary beverage, which was exactly what we needed after a full day of driving, my friend a hot tea and I had a Kingfisher. The communal lobby is cool because we were able to connect and share stories with other travelers, we met people who had just been in the same areas as us. Santosh guided us to near-by sights coordinated our travel to our next destination. Javeed was kind to take us shopping in Karol Bagh. Thank you guys! Our next hotel was supposed to be more posh but Wood Castle is definitely a millions times better, we wished we could of stayed there longer. Awesome hotel and look forward to visiting again.

To say that I was pleasantly surprised during my time at Hotel Pooja Palace would be an understatement. Considering the discount price, I went in with very low expectations, expectations that were thoroughly surpassed. The rooms aren't anything spectacular, but are more than adequate, and location-wise, the hotel is very near the Karol Bagh metro station, which makes the location quite easily accessible to the more touristy areas around Delhi. As there is a market quite literally just outside the hotel, food isn't a problem, and the market wraps up by bed-time so noise isn't an issue either (and a simple breakfast is included with the booking as well). Staff were excellent, helping to facilitate extra blankets (it was winter during my stay there, and cool at night) and airport transfers without problem, and will help to provide hot water out of the designated hours as well. Overall, the value for money here is simply quite unbeatable, and would, without hesitation, stay here again.

Hi guys, I fully recommended this hotel. Facilities, food, location are good. Staff's are very friendly & helpful. Very clean room & hotel. I didn't get anything to complain about. Interior of the room which I stayed, No: 102, very nice, superb, lights are very bright which control by using remote, big size of a television, very cooling air cond & etc. It's worth of money. I stayed for 6 days nite & I got complimentary dessert which was very nice, local dessert from Delhi on my last day stay. You won't regard of staying in this hotel, trust me. Thanks

We have just returned from a week at the Hotel La Suite. The hotel is magnificent and we have never experienced such incredible Personalised service before.Its a nice hotel in the center of the city with the best in Hospitality that I have experienced. Staff are courteous and knowledgeable. Was a bit skeptical having read online reviews. However the experience turned out to be much better as Rooms are Modern, very spacious, clean & well maintained. Everything from the room comfort and cleanliness to the food, from the service to the amenities and the concierge to even the medical care, exceeded our expectations. My husband got sick with a fever and upset stomach toward the end of our stay. The hotel sent a doctor to our room within an hour, who conducted a thorough check-up, made an assessment and provided us with numerous options and resources should my husband require further attention. As the doctor predicted, my husband, after hydrating and eating khichri (as recommended by the doctor), was better the following day, and we could enjoy the rest of our trip outside of the hotel room. While I wish sickness upon no one (especially while traveling) you can rest assured that in such an event you will be well taken care of at Hotel La Suite, New Delhi.

We were really surprised when we enterned the room, a very large room, a large bathroom with marple and best facilities, and during night not any noise, so we could sleep very well. We can summerize it was an excellent room. The food for breakfast was very good, different dishes, indian food, also toast, eggs, tea or coffee, and so on. We also had dinner a la card which also can be recommended. The area outside, Karol Bagh, is in the old jndian style, and sometimes it can be difficult to find the way back to the hotel. We let us pick up from the airport, so it was no problem when we arrived.

Located within Karol Bagh and within easy walking distance from the Metro Station. This was our second time in this Hotel and we received a great welcome upon arrival from the front desk staff who recognized us. All staff were cheerful,helpful and attentive to our needs. Would gladly stay again and would recommend this Hotel to our friends. Wifi has been improved and worked well within our room.

This is one of the best *** (3-Star) Rated hotels in the Karol Bagh area. My stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The customer service attitude is beyond compare. The room was extremely and tastefully furnished. The bed was extremely comfortable, that I felt that I was sleeping in my own bed at home. With soft pillows and a comforter (if you needed one), it was not only tasteful but extremely comfortable. The room had some extremely convenient extras - wired & wireless internet access in the room is free, a "rain shower", a refrigerator, and a ceiling fan in the room to help the air-conditioner - given Delhi's hot and hotter weather. Daily newspapers in English in the lobby, even an electric shoe-duster/polisher both in brown & black colors in the lobby. The breakfast was both western and typical north-Indian. It was not a sumptuous breakfast given the small number of rooms they have - but with both fruit juice (not watered down) and hot tea and coffee - it did make a complete meal. All in all, it is good value for money, and I for one definitely know where I am staying when I go back to Delhi.

Truly a home away from home. Stayed there for 10days even though the initial booking was for 3nights simply because we found it really close to the metro and extremely safe. Pradeep, Santhosh, Hiralal, Mayank and Mukesh were extremely helpful throughout our entire trip and helped us with our Uber rides and looked after us like family. We were 2 girls in an unknown city and everyone at Livasa took extremely good care of us. We got a double deluxe room and had no complains at all. Hot water and A/C was beyond our expectations and had a decent breakfast included in our booking. Thank you guys for making our stay wonderful and hoping to come back the next time we decide on visiting delhi!

This is a great middle range hotel in a quiet street just two minutes walk from the excitement and colourful markets of Karol Bagh, and the excellent Delhi Metro. The decor is probably what struck me first; very tasteful with relaxing colours and a strong hint of European classical with it's paintings and trim. Management and staff were friendly and helpful with an unobtrusive manner. My room was spotlessly clean, with a mini-fridge and coffee-making facilities, and the bathroom appointments were faultless; quite rare for many Indian hotels. The breakfdast buffet was adequate, though I would have liked just a little more choice. The evening meals were freshly prepared to order, and delicious. Language was a problem with the dining room staff, and like most of India, they haven't yet learnt to stand back discretely while patrons are eating. All in all I enjoyed mt stay here and I will be returning in a few days after a side trip. Well recommended and with a reasonable tariff.

very nice. However hotel can improve by renewal of linen and toleteries .also tea kettle was not there and when we reached it was after 2300 hrs so they could not offer tea as kitchen was closed. hot water was supplied. better provide tea kettle and complimentary or paid tea milk sachets and kettle and water bottle in all rooms irrespective of category rajiv deshmukh---i will stay there again as near by aangan restaurant of bikaneri is best veg food joint

The staff were quite helpful and the room OK and cheap but with reservations. The usual Indian hotel cleanliness difficulties. Check your sheets have been changed at all and then are they clean. Ours were not and had to be changed. The next day they kindly changed the bedding again and put dirty sheets on yet again. Luckily we were there and could point out to the staff that their newest sheets were stained and dirty too. They searched through their pile until they eventually came to some that were OK! The usual brown residue in the corners of the shower and bathroom. No one seems to use any cleaning products so of course the plain water and dirty cloth they use to clean with doesn't touch that sort of thing. Its handy for the shops and street food if you like that. Quite close to the station for early morning starts so it has its advantages. We say TII, this is India but be warned 3 star it aint.

I stayed on new year's evening here. Staff was supportive and asked for valid ids after that no Questions asked. Super delux rooms were quite good and value for money. TV,AC,Telephone were working good,Washroom, Bed was cleaned. Location is 5 minutes from karolbagh metro and is on Main Road. Only one minus point is that they dont have food menu so we cant order out of suspecting high rates.

This was my first stay at the Surya International but not at this hotel building. Under its previous owners the hotel was conveniently located and comfortable. However as the Surya International its service has moved up a notch or two. I liked the friendly welcome, the willingness to respond understandingly to my faltering Hindi, the quiet and comfortable room, and the helpfulness of the staff, both in the lobby and in the dining room. There are lots of hotels in Karol Bagh, many of them good. But the Surya International is worth more than a second look. If I am in Delhi again soon it will be on my list of places to stay.

Hotel was very clean, with really great staff. It is not in the best area of Karol Bagh but still close to metro. Only problem was.....bloody banging doors. All night you just got banging doors, really, I know its not a fault of the hotel staff as such but please do something about it. We had very little sleep due to this. When I stay in an hotel I close my door quietly as not to disturb other guests...but the guests at this hotel just don't care. Maybe I just got unlucky. Breakfast was also fine, toast and omelette or paranthia and pickle, yum.

Having stayed 2 more nights here after a 1night stopover, I have to amend my previous review slightly. Karol Bagh location is actually great... Connaught place is where we ended up spending most of our time, but the Saar Inn gives you a little more tranquility vs. the center and is 5min walk from Karol bagh metro stop - def the way to travel around Delhi. friendly staff here and clean comfortable accommodations. Within 1 block you have a bookstore, Internet shop, bodega, and money changer. Definitely where I'll stay again.
