I stayed for 2 days at Ketapang Indah Hotel with my family. It was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is refreshing with many trees. Clean. The staff are friendly and ready to help. The facilities are well maintained. The breakfast menu has quite a variety. Dinner at the restaurant is also tasty. On the first day, we were in a cottage with a garden view that is closer to the pool. On the second day, we moved to a superior garden view on the second floor. It's a bit farther from the pool but the view is more beautiful and comprehensive. In the morning, you can see the sunrise, which is perfect for a staycation with kids. It provides the experience of enjoying the sunrise, ample space, walking on the pier, playing in the gentle waves, playing in the sand at the playground, and swimming to our heart's content. The hotel's location is also close to the city, so on the second day, we took the opportunity to visit Banyuwangi Park which is only half an hour away from the hotel. Thank you, Ketapang Indah Hotel, for the hospitality. We had a very best pleasant stay. Keep up your good service!

Very beautiful property, staff was very welcoming, professional and helpful. Everything was just perfect, the rooms, cleanliness, pool with awesome view. We even got to release the turtle hatchlings into the ocean. Location is very near to the harbour and Ketapang train station. They even packed us a delicious breakfast for our Ijen tour during the night. Only downside I felt is there is not much nearby this property (walking distance), but that is not a major issue in my view.

The hotel has good facilities like clean and sizeable swimming pool. The staff are friendly. The food menu has limited options but the buffet breakfast is good. I like the program which we released the baby turtle into the sea. The hotel is nearby to the ferry port which make it easier to travel to Bali from Ketapang
