Nice and clean hotel — definitely one of the top 3 hotels in Banyuwangi. Located on the main street in the southern part of the city. Friendly staff and a wide variety of breakfast options, including local dishes. There’s a nice café on the 16th floor with a rooftop deck offering great views. Facilities are good — not too close to busy areas, yet still convenient to reach the city center. A great place to stay if you’re looking to explore the southern part of Banyuwangi.

The hotel was very nice, value for money, and the service was top notch. The only downside is we requested non smoking room, but unfortunately since the hotel is full booked they turned the smoking room into non smoking for us. They tried to clean and give room spray but the smoke smells stays and got really uncomfortable. Unfortunately we cannot change room due to fully booked, we have booked our room month in advance would appreciate if they have allocate a room as our request

The best hotel in Banyuwangi! The hotel's location is strategic, close to the center of Banyuwangi, yet near access to the beaches in the south of Banyuwangi. The rooms are large and nice, and the breakfast is also very delicious. The facility that I think is a must-try is the sauna available on the second floor. I would like to give special appreciation to Ms. Cynthia at the Front Office, who is very friendly and helpful. She was able to recommend great places to eat in Banyuwangi. Even when I forgot my item in the freezer, Ms. Cynthia reminded me about it. I recommend tourists who want to visit Banyuwangi to stay at this hotel.
