• Government regulations require all guests (on single/double/triple occupancy) to carry a photo identity to present on check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa. Indian nationals can present any government issued photo identity card e.g. driving license, passport, or voter’s ID card. Lemon Tree Hotels doesn’t accept the PAN card as an id proof for check in for any of the hotel.

  • A complete set of house rules will be shared via WhatsApp and/or email, prior to and on arrival, which must be strictly adhered while on the premises

• In view of the ongoing COVID-19 situation, we have re-defined our processes and house rules to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all our guests and team members. Key points include: • With effect from 1 January 2022, guests are required to carry their COVID vaccination documentation with them (for both doses). Most state governments have started sending out this mandate to all hotels and we are required by law to check this documentation. In this regard, we request all guests to keep themselves updated on the travel policies and government issued protocols of the destinations that they are planning to visit. We will not be able to accept any reservations or check-ins that are in conflict with the prevalent regulations at the time of your travel and stay • All guests are required to wear face masks in public areas and to sanitize or wash their hands frequently.
