Very nice place to rest when in Delhi in June. ”
We spent only one night in Mapple Emerald but it was very important for us rest well after quite exhausting travel trough Uttarakhand Province. We found here very warm reception, a comfortable, perfectly clean room and a restaurant providing tasty fresh food. Next morning after tasty breakfast, we left the hotel and some hours later India.

Good 4 star airport hotel”
What I liked: •Proximity to the airport (10 minutes to IGI, which is nearly as close as you can get, and its connected to the airport by a major road, so traffic jams are less likely) •4 star amenities •Remarkably large rooms and bathrooms, with separate shower and bath tub •well priced at Rs. 3900 for what it is; I've done plenty of research on Delhi hotels, and this is a comparatively good deal for Delhi, especially considering the location •Good food from room service, much better than the average •Ethernet (WLAN) internet instead of the more common Wifi (I prefer ethernet due to EMR issues) •Staff was friendly and helpful, not a given in Delhi although common in 4 stars What I didn't like: •one room has no window •room service is really ridiculously overpriced, (and to some extent laundry service is also higher than average) •for a relatively new hotel (I think they opened summer of 2010) it is already showing signs of wear in the rooms, and Indian hoteliers are notoriously uninterested in renovation •quality of materials in the room is not quite up to 4 star standards (for example, the floor seems more like a plasticky imitation wood, as opposed to better quality flooring in other Delhi 4 stars •could have been cleaner, but this is a common problem for all Indian hotels, except some five stars •despite the quality of the room service food, the complementary breakfast was the usual mediocre indian breakfast buffet, but still better than average for the class Overall: a good bet if you need to be near the airport. Tip: if you need a taxi, try one of the radio taxis such as easy taxi at 011-4343-4343 for reasonable rates. If you book thru the hotel, you'll pay crazy prices.

Apt location and good hotel”
this is the best location a business traveler can wish for... very near to the airport and on the border of delhi and gurgaon. it's a beautiful property having only two floors and huge landscape, thus much open than the bigger star high rise hotels. the staff is very polite and co-operative, the rooms are big and very comfortable and the food is also too good.

Excellent Service”
we chose this hotel as it is abt 20 min drive from the airport. we arrived at 2am in the morning and were warmly greeted by the hotel manager and driver in the airport. upon arriving to the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised to find out that they have provided an in house check in and we can then head straight to the room without delay. the room is very clean, modern and adequate features such as flat screen tv, fruit platter etc. the buffet spread in the morning is by far the best/ most selection among all the hotels we have stayed in india (including a 5 star hotel in connaught place). overall the experience is amazing! highly recommended

A brand new hotel with very friendly staff”
The hotel is brand new and very close to the airport. The staff were very friendly and the check-in was very smooth.It is ideal for a short stop over. The only negative point was getting a taxi to airport. Prepaid taxi from New Delhi airport to hotel costed me INR250 (US$6). Though the hotel is located on the highway, it is very hard to get a taxi back to airport. Hotel arranged taxi costed me INR1,100 (US$25).

good location close to airport”
I would greatly recommend this hotel for a stay in connection with a long distance flight. It is convenient to the airport, but too far away from the city of New Delhi for a longer stay. The rooms are clean. This is also true for the bathrooms. The staff is knowlegable and very helpful.

Great Airport T3 Layover Hotel”
i was very surprised how nice this property was. well appointed rooms, of 4 star quality.it was cheap and quiet when i stayed in august (low season). only problems was hot water was lukewarm, and the hotel had no change smaller than 100ir. free hardwired internet in rooms.this property is not walking distance to anything.....great for a comfortable layover.i did not eat there.all the satellite english channels on plasma tv, refrigerator/minibar and a in room safe.

It is situated at a place which being in Delhi is just at a stone throwing distance to Gurgaon. The hotel is spread in ahuge area and it's ambience is good, the room big and the food very tasty.

Decent Airport hotel”
I arrived in the middle of the night, and was taken to my room without any difficulty. The front portion of the hotel was a marriage venue, but it was nice and quiet during my stay. The room was fairly new as the hotel was opened in 2011. It takes around 10-15 minutes to get to the airport from this place.

Great Location and superb rooms”
We travelled with 2 Teenage daughters and a Teenage Son. Hotel Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and pleasant. Kids absolutely loved the TV's in the room and free Cable channels available with variety of films. Food was good although lacked a atmosphere as we were the only ones in the resturant with a limited menu. Only stayed overnight so did not use any other services

Although we made our booking through Agoda, hotel did not receive a confirmation. Hence, then insisted us forwarding them the confirmation mail we receibed from Aoda. If not we were told we will not be able to get access to the room. Hotel Wi-Fi access process was too hectic.

Not so good Hotel”
location of the hotel was good and rooms were nice. but staff was not friendly. they gave us broken extra bed first. we asked for pre paid taxi to drop us at airport but they did not help. we were forced to use expensive hotel taxi. . you can stay their if you do not have any great expectations besides decent room.

Friendly staff and fast service.”
The staff is really friendly and you will smiling faces all around. Provides a real quick service. Breakfast has a many dishes to choose from. It takes 15-20 minutes to IGIA on a normal day. This was the first time for me but I would prefer to to stay there again in future.

Food is quite expensive compared to food in England”
Paid 25 pounds for one meal only. If you include breakfast, lunch and dinner than a minimum of 75 pounds. The hotel room was 31 pounds only. So food is quite expensive.
