NH Caransa Amsterdam”
Second visit to NH Caransa, this is a really central hotel in the best part of amsterdam the rembrantplein, plenty great restaurants,pubs & shops. Staff are great we had a problem with the heating and they had us moved to a better room within 10 minutes. Breakfast was good, lots to choose from although the english breakfast was nothing to shout about. Would definitely return again, no complaints at all.

Great Location”
My son and I enjoyed our stay at the NH Caransa Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did not try the breakfast as it was a bit pricey. The beds were comfortable and shower was really nice and hot after a day of sightseeing in the cold. Be mindful of the "free" internet as we ended up paying about 18 Euros at checkout.

Clean Modern Well-Located hotel”
This hotel is located right on Rembrandtplein - a happening and maybe a bit touristy square in a good location of Amsterdam. We walked to almost every sight within 15 minutes. The clubs were very busy at night and we had concerns that the noise may keep us awake, however our room on the 5th floor was silent. We really enjoyed our stay here.

It was the best choice to stay at this hotel. The staffs were very nice, attentive and helpful. Around the area are many restaurants of different kinds of foods from all over the world. A walk away to the flower market and to many other attractions around the centrum. The best is the tramp pas this hotel and one othe stops is in front of the hotel. Very conveience indeed.

We are impressed when we enter the hotel. We went to italy before holland and the hotels were poor. But this one is the real hotel. The room was very comfortable. We also love the breakfast. Great variety and delicious.

Pleasant Staff , Great location , but no air-condition . ”
The best hotel staff in the area , pleasant helpful and always cheerful ! Location is great walking distance to all main attractions , the cleanliness ... only drawback if its in summer - they have no aircondition - you have to ask for extra fans ... and the noise level if you are in the lower floors can be slightly challenging . But overall the stay was pleasant and lovely .

great location on Rembrandtplein ”
First impressions not good when had to use service elevator as usual one not working and found that area less than clean. Arriving early I was given a room facing a blank wall about 2m away. As walls of room are also blank, I asked for a room with any kind of view as I was staying for 4 nights. As long as I came back after official check- in time another room would be available. I was very happy to then get a room on the 4th floor with a view of the streets and cafes below. Suggest you request one on check in -ask and ye shall be given, hopefully. The room is well equipped even if supplies are not replenished as used. I had to ask for some non-decaf coffee to be replaced - it arrived promptly. The staff are helpful but not exceptional

Tram stop directly outside the hotel. Bars and restaurants below the hotel. Room can be a bit small especially those with kids. Pillow is a bit soft.

Pros- location was really good there is plenty going on if you dont wish to walk far. Breakfast was better than expected great variety for everyone. Staff was really helpfull whenever you asked for something. The only con i would have to say is that we was in a room right next to the air handling unit on the fourth floor and the rooms are quite stuffy so it was abit noisy at night if we had the window open. If i was going back i would stay here again though.

hotel lift is breakdown during my stay for 3 night ! but the stuff help to carry all your luggage up and down your room during check in and out !! Tram station just in front a door step ! restaurant surround you ! shopping area just all within 5-10 minute walk ! good bed for sleep / nice shower / but if you are getting the room with front window will be very noisy at night but u have street view ! depends what u want ! walking distance to flower market ! Fle market and convenience store at the comer ! might try other Hotel with difference area if next visit ..
