Orana is always my first choice during my Delhi transits. It's location is ideal being very close in proximity to the airport and the popular Ambiance Mall. Check in and check out is always a quick and easy process. The entire property, inside and outside is a wonderful relaxed atmosphere outside of the traffic and chaos of the central city. Rooms are very quiet allowing for good rest. Free uninterrupted wifi is always appreciated. As a Travel Consultant I would certainly recommend Orana Hotel & Resorts.

Great hotel and very good value for money”
Very happy with everything ..a small issue with noise in our room but no problem in moving to anther room. The only downside was the WIFI not been very good on one side of the hotel. Otherwise the room, service and food was excellent. We enjoyed our stay at the Orana Hotel.

I arrived very late at night time after a long trip that took me 22 hours of flying time. I was very welcome by the front desk staff Mr. Amit Rana. I have to remark his fantastic and very professional help about all my inquiries about what to do and see in India. First trip to India. Close to airport”
Excellent hotel with very friendly staff. They do have restaurant that has very good and tasty options. Reception staff were really helpful and friendly. In fact went mile apart to book Ola cab as I requested to book one for me. I'd like to thank Salomi & Virendra for their hospitality in the hotel while I was there. There is a swimming pool but no massage facility which is the only thing I missed. Thank you Orana for making my stay easy.

Impressed but disappointed”
I stayed in this hotel through a short night a month ago, and was very impressed, and so scheduled again for a longer staff. The facility is impressive, clean and I was upgraded in my room, with excellent furnishings and poolside view, and lots of small bonus perks, i.e. bathroom scales, sewing kits, etc. However, by day, somewhat disappointed. 1. I was never told that the swimming pool was closed for the day due to "kemcal", whatever that was. The guard kept repeating the word and refused to allow me to swim. When I return to the reception desk, I was told that there had been a pool party the day before, and so the pool was being conditioned all day long and closed down. I wish I had been told this, before being told clearly that I could swim until 8:00 p.m. Second, the room does not have convenient electrical wall plugs for the large three pronged flat plugs of the my laptop. When I asked for adapters, after 30 minutes, the IT personnel came without a solution. Later they returned, and disconnect the TV that had an available plug behind the console. Thus it was impossible to work from the bed. A simple extension cord with alternate plug arrangements would have been much more convenient, or a simple plug adapter for the plugs at the side of the bed. Third, it seemed that nobody in the beautiful restaurant could understand English, and so my order of the American breakfast misfired on several accounts---omelettes for poached eggs, none of the bread items ever came, and hot chocolate with only a hint of chocolate in it. The porridge was not cooked and the flakes floated around in the cold milk. Finally, the shuttle service back to the airport costs 800 rupees, when the non-affiliated taxi costs only 250. Unfortunately, the shuttle service was not available, and the means of calling a non-affiliated taxi quite complicated (fortunately the head supervisor intervened) but the delay waiting for taxi etc, caused me to lose my flight, and have to b

Shiny new and first rate”
Convenient to airport. Much better value than "airport" hotels. Only negative is that free transfer service has been discontinued leaving guest w/o transportation at mercy of grossly overpriced hotel car. (Off-highway location means no hailing a passing cab, radio taxi takes 30 minutes to arrive, if available at all.

Clean hotel, lovely staff, but not as advertised on AGODA- wifi so poor I couldn't plan anything ”
I booked a hotel that showers in photos sunloungers by the pool, bar and cafe none of this existed. Little information about transport for onward travel other than hotel driver which was very expensive and with poor wifi connection made it a completely stressful two night stay. I am still waiting for agoda to respond to my complaint about false advertising. I even double checked with agoda that there were sun loungers by the pool as this was my plan for the one day I was in dehli waiting for a friend- oh and to do some work, which was impossible because the wifi was so intermittent. The staff were lovely, but they can't magic up facilities that simply don't exist!

Good Location to Airport”
Great for an overnight stay near to airport - 10 mins away. Cleans were very clean and porter staff very attentive and helpful. Staff at check-in could improve on customer service - a smile goes a long way to making guests feel welcome. We used the pool on this occasion, however the sun beds/chairs that are shown in the Agoda photos were not available at the hotel - when we asked the pool staff, we were advised that they have no such furniture at the pool premises. So we couldn't enjoy the sun and instead had to sit on upright chairs around a large circular table. Hot water availability is an issue in the room we had on ground floor. The showers were either luke warm or cold when the hot water was used.

Massively overcharged for airport transfer”
We were very annoyed to find that the hotel were charging over 3 times the cost of the usual taxi fare to the airport. Our annoyance was compounded by the fact that he hotel has a policy that they will not call a taxi for you and gave me a number to call myself. I only had a British SIM card so it was going to cost loads. I arranged the pick up but somehow, suspiciously, the taxi we ordered got cancelled not once but twice, and not by me. So we ended up having to use the hotel car anyway. This kind of thing really bugs travellers, we don't like being ripped off. I suggest that if the management read this review they change their policy pronto. This is sold as an airport hotel so most guests will need to use the transfer service.

THEY FORGET TO PICK ME UP AT AIRPORT”
On my Agoda Booking it was stated that they have to pick me up at airport at 23:45 pm they have confirmed personnaly by email the picking but no one were waited to me and when i called them they were not informed of the picking and even cannot found my agoda ID booking Eventually they come they charged me with 1150 inr for car fee (normal price is 500 to 800 inr) i joined my room at only 2 AM .... night was short. i was really unhappy

lights used to go off once in a few hours and come back soon . The rooms are not noise proof. breakfast is good . They should look to move the pool table out of the lift area as it is a common passage . Staff is very polite and helpful . Hotel is maintained to a highly professional standard.

Value for Money and Close to Delhi Airport”
In general, we are happy with the hotel except that there was still very loud noise (party ongoing) after midnight which we can hear from our rooms. This is seriously affecting our sleep. The bedsheet was also not as clean as I could see some stains on it. However, the price and distance from the airport are very attractive.

Best to stay outside Delhi if venturing beyond”
Really enjoyed the hotel but there was a constant noise reoccurring about every 30 seconds lasting about 5 seconds that badly disrupted my sleep. Sounded like an air-conditioning condenser on the roof. We changed rooms but a similar result. Advice was it was outside the hotel and nothing could be done. Not sure if it is always there, but I would not stay again if it was.

Staff is really helpful , location is on the highway and difficult to find transportation if not pre booked . Food is slightly expensive . The hotel itself is really grand and well maintained .
